Please update the app. Can’t set up a personal program. Haven’t had any issues until now.

Surprising to read so many negative reviews because I haven't had problems with the app or Bluetooth connection, otherwise I would be upset too and the hearing aids wouldn't have been worth the treasure I paid for them. That's not to say that the app could use improvements. An update is definitely overdue.

Moment icon disappeared from my watch. Some different Widex PA showed up. No hearings said connected error. I know you need the phone, but having the ability to use watch was helpful. This is my second pair of Widex hearing aids. After all this time, just would expect improvements not errors.

I love your MOMENT Widex iPhone app. The only enhancement that I would love is to provide a way to reorder the programs. I have 8 programs three of them are for tinnitus relaxation. I would love to move them just after the UNIVERSAL program. Is this possible to provide a way within the MOMENT app to reorder the WIDEX programs without having to see an audiologist?

App takes a long time to open / connect everytime I need to adjust the volume or change programs . Same issue applies to the app in the Apple Watch .

I’m still not sure about the hearing aids but the App is amazing! You can adjust to so many different situations, save your preferences, and the user experience is fantastic. This is coming from a 26 year old who grew up on iPhone.

I paired the 2 hearing aids with my IPhone 14 latest version O/S following the instructions from Widex. The pairing went smoothly. Seems the bugs mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed.

Been having intermittent issues getting both aids to connect simultaneously until the most recent iOS update. Then I got an app update for moment as well, after which it’s one or the other aid and totally crud sound quality..

The streaming function in the previous Widex Evoke app had two volume controls, overall and streaming. This allowed me to adjust the volume of the sound coming from the TV speakers and the sound being streamed separately in such a way that it simulated normal hearing. Not sure if I can get the same results by adjusting the mix of surrounding and streaming sound alone. Will need to experiment with this more.

I wrote a scathing review that reflected issues from software updates. One that left me deaf snd sitting through the play Hamilton, and the second the result of a truly amazing update this year in 2024 for Apple products (linked to your id). I give you five stars because your app is excellent and I love that I can control everything from my phone. I also love the fact that I can stream to my hearing aids. However, I would like better frequency control over my hearing aids. I get a feedback squeal at one of the higher frequencies. I would guess 3k or so. The Moment app only has a 3-band equalizer. This should not be so complicated. Some days my online hearing aids work while other days the recommendation is to delete the app & start over. Why is this so complicated?

Had to reinstall the app on my watch after the upgrade. No longer appears under Moment. Instead the Widex icon appears under an app listed as PA. Makes it difficult to find quickly when I want to adjust my hearing aids using my watch.

Current version of Widex Moment app on Apple Watch doesn’t enable volume control after changing profile.

I upgraded the app and the firmware for my hearing aids a couple of days ago. Now when I am wearing my hearing aids and I have the play system sounds option selected in settings->accessibility-> hearing devices the shutter sound from my iPhone camera lags behind the photo being taken and I can barely hear it.

The Bluetooth option worked well for the first 6 weeks. Now it cuts in and out. When frustration forces one to switch to speaker on the phone, within a minute it defaults back the the hearing aids which connects then disconnects constantly. I am about ready to get my money back.
