I always love the “try before you buy” selling point instead of free-meum games. Its a lot of fun! In debth without being overwhelming (or taking up too much space). Graphics are great and gameplay is straight forward
Is there a way to get old progress back?
I finished everything. Make more cards!!
Please keep up the good work
This game has all the depth you will need while also being very strategic. I don’t understand the poor reviews. This has what you need in a roguelite.
A roguelike card game like slay the spire with a fun cute aesthetic. Great touch controls. No in your face transactions, no subscriptions, no ads, just a fun game. A great game to play on the go. I highly recommend this version which is something I usually don't do for mobile versions of games in general.
Enjoyed the game for a good couple hours, even finished a run and got to see that. But one day I tried to play and the app would crash right when it tried to load the main hub screen. After many different attempts to fix this I had to redownload the game only to have all my progress reset. I know it’s a rougelite and resetting is part of the loop but having all my unlocks reset after hours just made me not want to continue playing. Hopefully this issue is fixed for whoever else may run into this
This is a true game, no micro transaction, ad infested nonsense Kudos for that. If that matters to you, support this game. Very fun, challenging, lots of viable tactics. The story is a bit lacking, but the gameplay is so smooth and effortless that the story doesn’t drive you, you almost keep playing on inertia… win, get a new card, “oh, nice, I wanna try that”, next fight More enemy card groups would be nice, but that is only because I have played it so many times now Buy it
Think this game deserves more love then it’s getting. It’s art is great and the game itself is very fun. I personally think the difficulty is fun and don’t think it needs to be dialed back. It’s fine to not like a game that is difficult but don’t think it’s fair to say it’s bad and or give it a bad review for it. Being to hard for what you enjoy versus not being a good game is very different. Either way great game. Give it a shot it’s free to try.
This game is really fun to play when you're bored. I love the art style too!!!
Click to start the game and it will flash back
It isn’t a freemium game. You only pay once to unlock the full game. I find this a really great addition to the deck building genre collection. Smooth to use, fun to learn, visually appealing with its cute graphics. Judging by the other reviews, maybe it isn’t easy for people new to the genre? I am enjoying it a lot though.
The demo hooked me pretty quickly so it was an easy buy when it ended. Very Slay the Spire-like. Synergies feel really good and gameplay is quick and snappy. Very easy to hop in and hop out.
Love it and really hoping for controller support
Art is nice but I’m not a fan of the game architecture or style. I was hoping for something closer to night of the full moon
It’s gud, get it. its not hard, just git gud.
I absolutely love Wildfrost, great roguelike and endlessly entertaining! I played it on my partner’s PC and was really happy to see that it’s come to mobile so I downloaded it. Still has all the great parts of the game but something that bugs me a lot is that the placement of your cards in-game means that while dragging cards to the board, sometimes it pulls up the drag-up menu for my phone (Apple in my case) and my card lands in a random spot. Has been a thorn in my side, just lost a really goo
Not even free! IT SAYS ITS FREE BUT U NEED TO PAY FOR THE DEMO!? NO! ALL DEMOS FOR GAMES ARE FREE! NOT ONLY IS THIS A SCAM! ITS JUST TRYING TO TRICK PEOPLE INTO GIVING THE GAME MONEY!
I personally appreciate the game, and it has very good music, aesthetics, and mechanics, though I feel it is a bit lacking in content. The game seems to bug on certain android systems though, such as Samsung S22. The game will open up to black and load up to the google play symbol, then promptly freeze and crash. Overall, a very good mobile game, but as of right now, android users should be careful when buying the full game.
I love this game, but I’m rarely locked down at my PC long enough to play. This is the perfect game to carry around, and it’s such a blast. I was worried there was going to be bugs, but I’m an hour in and the UI is great! Totally worth the purchase. And don’t let anybody tell you it’s too hard, every run is winnable ;)
一抽卡就闪退啊
Lovely artstyle & animations, great progression, but difficulty is not friendly at all. And that’s from someone who played the hardest of games in this genre. Most games give you a decent chance to go far in your first few runs even, not here. Enemy HP and attack numbers need adjustment. I still recommend this game though
I really like the game. I wish the demo was a little bit longer. I will probably purchase the full game. I was initially annoyed that the game had “runs”but then I remembered it’s a rougelike, it’s suppose to be like that. It’s cute that previous companions have a chance to come back in future runs…okay I’ve convinced myself I going to buy the full game. I haven’t encountered any bugs so far. I do wish the tutorial explained more about different affects but the tooltip to view everything is very
I was excited to see a game from chucklefish. It’s worth the money. It has a lot of depth and a lot of time and hard work from everyone making game. You will be very happy with the full version of the game I would pay $19.99 on mobile for it. It is that much on switch I will buy it on there too. I don’t have a negative thing to say. I love the artwork in the game. I haven’t ran into a bug yet. Thank you to the developers and producers for bringing this fun great game to mobile.
Lost the tutorial 3 times in a row, built some town stuff, just isn’t engaging for new players. If you want to be successful in this market you’re going to need to give them endorphin hits a little earlier. Especially if you are mimicking titles that are already great like slay the spire, monster train, etc. Might want to go back to the drawing board on this one’s early mechanics and gameplay, but keep the graphics, those are good. Thanks for allowing us to try it first.
I love this game and I’m og
This was incorrect. The message is confusing but you can still play.
My favorite roguelike makes it onto iOS finally and it’s perfect. The visuals are gorgeous, the gameplay is phenomenal and it’s overall a great pick up and play experience. Thanks for finally bringing this amazing game to my phone so I can play it anywhere, anytime.
I watched a couple YouTube videos on this game by “Retromation” he made the game look very fun and entertaining and i can’t say I have been disappointed. After downloading the game I played for 2 hours straight. An insane amount of time to be playing a mobile game I know but it is just that entertaining. Give it a try it’s worth the price.
I played it prior to the app on PC and I’m very happy that the app version works so well. This is the perfect “chill” game to play. Anyone who is interested in card games or roguelike games will adore this special gem.
When playing the tutorial (after 3rd stage)
游戏进行第二关会卡退、每一次都会…我没有支付买单、如果不是正常的让我退出而是强制性的、那么我拒绝购买
I purchased this game, and it was excellent. However, when I attempted to share the game through the Family Sharing feature of the App Store, the in-app purchase to unlock the full game did not correctly transfer, despite being a content unlock and not a purchase of consumable items. In addition when I attempted to contact support the webpage failed to load. I hope these issues are addressed, as otherwise the game is one of the better deckbuilders available, and worth the purchase if things had
Great game, but my progress doesn’t always save. Even after completing a run, next time I get back on to play I’m halfway through my last run which means my progress has been lost. It’s a bit annoying, but I love every other part of the game. Disappointed about my game not saving.. so until then I’ll leave two stars until it’s fixed. I also reported the bug in the discord and haven’t received much help yet, it’s been multiple days. I paid for the full game before I encountered this problem
