I preferred this app over the others because it didn’t charge an unlock fee; now it does.
I think, sadly, I’ll be changing to a different one soon.

Can’t use same apple id for 2!scooters
My wife and i had to use different company’s scooters since we share an apple id. Also free first unlock did not work with our American phone number. But after technical snafus - we had a great time!
Takes too long to start and stop rides
Why does a losing bar appear when starting and stopping rides. I see no reason why it should takes so long. Pretty annoying.

Llegue a tener un problema con uno de sus patinetes pero al momento me lo solucionaron, tratándome bien y con respeto, lo que me hacia sentir cómodo. Que siga siendo asi👌🏻
Had bugs but great customer service
Previously, I had difficulty with the app and lost money because of a bug with the app. I was very frustrated, but the customer service refunded all my money and the app has been working perfectly for me ever since.

Loving it in Lisbon
It would be so much better if you could rent two scooters on one account.
Not worth it
You might as well walk w the restricted parking zones in Madrid... expand where I can park/“end trip” if you want this to be a genuine alternative to Uber. Do not rexxomend.
