App is really good. Allows you to manage you line. I like it.

I’ve had the app for a year, the other day I was asked to create a new password, after doing so I get a message that something went wrong. I’ve tried set a new password again but now I don’t even receive emails, I also deleted the app and reinstalled it, still have the same problem. Is there an 800 number I can call from the US?

I use this app to monitor my account, it is good but it does not give the details of expenditures I need.

Was unable to log in using email and password, but it finally let me log in using Number and PUK (couldn’t use the text code, because it is data only). Once it worked, it’s nice

I’ll update once I go to other countries, but as of now, 5G everywhere I go and cheaper than lunch. This is light years ahead of vodaphone

The app is great at providing you with information about your account. The only problem for me, it’s in Italian. I switch the language to English, but it still shows mostly in Italian and all the text messages are the same. I find myself doing a lot of translating. This is only reason I will rate the app 4.

The app functionality is pretty good. But it is not very intuitive and has an annoying promotional add as the Home Screen every time you log on. I have never been pestered with advertising so much by an app for which I am already paying customer. Also the app functions very slowly.

3 stelle perché ormai l’assistenza via chat è inutile, fatta male, a volte si chiudono da sole le richieste e non funziona bene.

Muy buena compañía de telefonía, pero el sistema es un poco lento a la respuesta de los abbonamenti pero una vez activado funciona bien

L’app è ok. Poco fluida ma tutto più o meno funziona.
