I love the app very user-friendly very easy cut and dry. All options are laid out for you in a simple checkbox form. Plus I love their food.

Best wings in Bristow and always hot on delivery. My favorite place to order with flavor options !

The food is great one problem I am having is my order is missing so Etching everytime. Is not my dipping spice is my veggies or I get French fries for veggies or byversa.

I have been eating at this location since it has opened. I have never had a bad experience and of course the food is delicious. As long as I live in the Richmond area this will be my Wingstop.

Have been ordering from this Wing Stop for a long time. Always fresh…always tasty.

I just recently moved from somewhere that didn’t have a Wingstop, and the one time I had tried it, it was not good. But I wanted to try it again, considering myself a chicken wing connoisseur, and hot sauce fan. This place trumps BWW allll day. Maybe some poor locations, as this is operated in similar to fast food standards. Choices of dry and wet flavors is great, pricing is okay but the specials are well worth it.

They have amazing food but recently their DoorDash deliveries have been messing up orders or delivering to wrong addresses I have called for my money back last time and they refused because Wingstop told us to call DoorDash and then DoorDash to Wingstop. We grew tired of the mess.

If you lowered your prices a little more. You would be more than undefeated. Just saying.

Quick and convenient

I like The ranch here and that’s really what sold me, Don’t get me wrong the wings are great and so are The Fries 🫶🏼 but when you add the ranch on top that’s the cherry on the of the sundae! ❤️ Yummmm

It is very easy to use and understand.I like how it give you options on how to cook the wings as in well done.

App works good other than not being able to choose my size for a voodoo fry or cheese fry leading to me not being able to order them dense I can’t pick a size. (Arguably the best sides) other than that works like other food apps.

What an amazing place and app

I tried Wingstop for the first time a few weeks ago and I can’t stop now. Their Louisiana rub is amazing. So much better than Bdubs

Straight to the point, user friendly. Well organized (imo) they kept it simple but kept all the important details like options for EXTRA CRISPY WINGS, or FRIES. If it’s not broken don’t fix it. But lemme tell ya. I’m so happy they did the app. It’s extremely convenient and seamless. It was definitely needed and I assume it helps tremendously during holidays and game days during popular sport seasons.

Natoya provided excellent customer. She was attentive and made that I had everything I needed. I will be absolutely returning here. This is one of the best experiences that I’ve had at this location in a while.

I like coming to Wingstop but everything is good but when it comes to time they take a while. I just wanted to make sure I can get my order fast but I’ll still buy but whenever they are preprepared
