Can connect my mirror

Hi I can’t connect my mirror for someone reason so I need help on the mirror it says join and a flashing wifi signal but every time I try to connect it using the app it says not found it something went wrong if I could get a response that would be great thank you!

Weather data is no longer displayed

Hello, this week suddenly my weather data is no longer showing and the time is incorrect for my time zone. I downloaded the updated App on 6/2 and reset the mirror but it is still the same. Update 6/7- Thanks so much for responding!! The updated App and Firmware fixed the data!!!

Time is wrong and I can’t set up the mirror again.

I set up the mirror and the time was wrong, so I deleted the mirror from the app and tried to program it again. Now it won’t let me scan and the time is still wrong.

Cannot connect to Wi-Fi

I have used my mirror for about a 2 years and it has been great. I recently got a new combo router/modem and it will not connect. I have tried multiple times. I do not know if there is any way to update the software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the WiseMirror app. I have rebooted the Wi-Fi system and had my provider rebooted as well. I am on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and I have checked my password several times. Can anyone help?
