Great pixel art, tons of collectibles, challenging but fun gameplay, leaderboards and achievements galore, cool and unique story, controls that are perfect for touchscreen - all these things contribute to one of the best mobile games I’ve played this year. And I play a LOT of mobile games. =)
It’s a good game but the controls are a bit frustrating
Not a bad game I’m just not a fan of the controls. I also feel like I should stop once I kill something instead of bouncing off... it just doesn’t feel right the way it is. Also, on the ‘rock’ boss level 1-5 I think, he bounced off to the right side of the screen, through the key/wall never to be seen again so I’m stuck having to redo the level. Not a huge deal but was annoying. If devs want to reply back I can send a video of it.
Controls are my only gripe. Not as precise as I’d like but still a fun game to play through.
This game is awesome. It really feels like a game built for switch but on mobile. The controls are precise and fit well with the game play. Beautifully illustrated. I’m hooked!
I’m honestly impressed how much effort was put into this game. All the little things like enemy animations and graphics were very detailed. Would definitely recommend.
Love it. No IAP and awesome design and controls.
The swipe mechanic makes controls inaccurate and takes away from the preciseness of a platforming game. Looks pretty, cool soundtrack but wish I could get my 2.99 back.
Creative, fun and one I’m enjoying daily!
Overall really awesome. Highly recommended
I am so glad to play this app! Great app.
Controls could be added with a joystick or something....swiping is not as responsive
Smart, funny, addictive—this game is a throwback in the best possible way. I was loving it and then my four year old saw me playing and he loved it, too. Great music, too!
Good music and aesthetics, unique concept. But I just don’t enjoy it. It’s purely an action game with no strategic decisions. Easy to know what to do, requires precision to execute. Also, the first boss fight is long and tedious.
