Why does the app keep crashing? I can log in to check the weather and it will crash. Same thing when I go to read an article! It won’t crash just once, but THREE TIMES before I can read the article or watch the video.

Last update has been horrible. App quits or links to wrong story. Time to fix it

I have used this app for years on android devices and now that I’m using an iPhone it has demonstrated “quirks” that it never had before. Tapping on a notification opens the news article but then closes it before you can actually read it, it refreshes as you are scrolling through the news feed forcing you to start at the top again. And when opening a article it closest it several times before it stays open to read. Very frustrating.

Since the last update, if you are reading an article it completely shuts down the app. Very frustrating when you have to go and open up the app only to happen again. Hopefully this issue gets fixed quickly.

I have to open WMUR; to see anything that is going on. No alerts of any kind ? I’ve checked my settings and is completely set up. I even cleared everything and set up from scratch. I felt that would to the trick. No such luck. If anyone can help; I’d truly appreciate it. Maybe a bug, malfunction of the system not sure. But, I sure do miss alerts. I did at one time, years ago? I do get State wide alerts (not affiliated with WMUR). Hopefully if it’s a bug they will be able to fix it.

Is there anyone else out there that finds this website frequently crashes when you’re reading an article; by that I mean it just goes back to the home page?

The sound of the alert should be more gentle.

I find WMUR to be very informative and quite complete in their presentation! I trust WMUR!

Overall great content. The two issues I have with this app is that I can’t have the streaming run in a window as I do all other streaming with my phone; second, that when I stream it to my Apple TV if the phone locks and/or screen goes dark the streaming stops and I have to start it all over again. Oh, brings up a third, why the heck is the app not available on Apple TV?

Ads that cover the screen, move around, won’t let you close, block the screen. I like WMUR news on TV, but the app is a disaster.

Crashes frequently and takes me back to the Home Screen/stories. Will also be slow to load and show a sentence from a few paragraphs without displaying the full story. Have to go back and try again, sometimes several times. When it doesn’t crash or only show partial stories, it’s great.

Good for frequent updates on local weather, but when attempting to read articles, the app is prone to lagging out and returning to the main page whenever one attempts to scroll further on the article. Makes reading the actual news frustrating and borderline impossible.

I only have notifications turned on for severe weather, and for some reason I’m still getting notified about different news stories when I have all of the news notifications turned off in the app. I just tried to reset them all again so we will see if it continues. If it does, I’ll just get rid of the app.

I dont mind adds but they should at least be silent, especially when I am just trying to check the weather and not look at any videos. Uninstalled the app because of this. Everything else was great. Really poor design choice.

Video will stop when display locks. Super annoying when you are streaming video to your apple tv. You can't use your phone when watching the live feed. When you leave the video feed, to use your phone, you get the start up add every time no matter the time between. The list goes on. I would use the You Local app on Apple TV, but it does not stream the live feed. Why isn't the WMUR app available on Apple TV?
