Word Maker - Puzzle Game App Reviews

Game is fun, but ads after every puzzle if not every other puzzle will make me drop it soon. And the same ads over and over, including that insufferable ad with Kelly Clarkson and those bogus weight loss gummies. Enough already.

I was forced to upgrade to this game after I had completed all levels of another word game. It gave me no choice. That aside I enjoy this game with one exception. After completing about 3 rounds it starts to slow down and screen freezes etc. I don’t have this problem with any other game I play on my iPhone. 🤬

Recently I noticed the background music for the word maker game stopped playing suddenly and wouldn’t come back on even after closing out of the app and checking the settings. That’s one of the reasons I love the game is the audio element, very soothing and satisfying along with the images and puzzles.

So I got this game thinking that it would be a fun game to play in the summer to energize my Brian and it does but whenever I leave the game it’s like I never played before so I have to play nonstop in-order to keep playing

Have gotten to level 700 - with Intelligence over 7,000. Please allow very active good players to allow the spinning wheel stop on the 5 M (5,000) points to use for the puzzle. If you have had at least 45 consecutive spins - one should stop on 5M points. Give us a break like other apps do as an incentive. Will recommend the app to others. Please respond. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS APP. I HAD 60 CONSECUTIVE SPINS ON THE WHEEL AND NOT ONCE DID IT STOP ON 5 M (5,000) OR 10 M (10,000) GOLD COINS

Game is fun but it needs some code work to fix. Currently game causes phone to overheat. Need to restart the game every few levels as it slows down with too much going on. I think it doesn’t clear the ads and they keep playing in the background. The screens freeze up and you just need to close game completely and restart it.

I’m so in love w this App…until now!! All os the sudden I can play two/three rounds and started to freeze. What’s wrong?

I am enjoying playing this. But throwing in words that are not known to us is not fair! Leave out the foreign words. It is very frustrating,!

I am in some sort of word treasure challenge. It has me locked in, and I can’t get out. It replays the same puzzle over and over and it won’t let me exit. I have to reload the game but when I do it’s still the same puzzle.

The is the new intelligence thing in the game?

App is fun but freezes up regularly. Uninstalled for this reason.

Have played this game for the past few months, but I keep encountering frozen screens. The first time it happened I deleted the app and then reacqired it, but this second time I may just delete it permanently.

I like the game but I do not know what the red and white buttons mean. There is no explanation about this on the app

I play this game because it makes me think and is relaxing. The pop up ads, interruptions of play during a sequence, etc is frustrating. Today I went to play and it asked if I wanted to update. I replied no and it would not get remove the question. I replied yes and it made me reload the fame but it refuses to download the game. Now I cannot play at all. You will lose customers like this.

This is the second time I’ve tried this game. First time I got somewhere around the states that start with S. This time I’m in tennessee and it won’t give the button to press to get to a new game. Fix it.

All of a sudden the beautiful background disappeared. It’s a dark color. I love the game just missing the backgrounds

I really liked it til it froze!

I’ve enjoyed playing this game - almost addictive — but I got to Tennessee and can’t get any more levels to load — would love to continue playing

I have over 500 points that it won't let me use

I’ve had a word (cope) on my screen for about 2wks. I spell out cope and it always leaves me with a white box on the e. What’s the problem?

I haven’t been able to play word maker since the update around 16 December. The game will open, but there are no puzzles to select. I’ve waited because I figured you guys would know this happened and get it fixed but so far I still can’t play the game. Thank you.

I got to 7/14 Roack Bluff and now nothing….. when I click, I get the fireworks and then blank ( small square) screen. What happens now? No, it has not been fixed.

The game ended after Tennessee. But why?

I finally had to delete this app because after 5-10 minutes of playing my phone slows down and eventually stops running altogether. That plus the excessive amount and length of the ads just take the fun out of the game. Too bad…

I had 4k points I could use for hints and help. I was on level 9300. After the update all points are gone. And I’m doing stupid easy puzzles!

Program is too sluggish and way too much time between levels.

This is great game to keep your mind moving. The only downside is I have beaten the current levels and have been waiting over a month for new levels to be added.
