I like the game, but the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have a way of contacting support when you accidentally pick the wrong item and they will not let you change it to the right one and they do not give you enough gems

i’ve been playing this game for four years. i love it and it’s a great time passer but i lost my entire game progress file and not sure how. i have to restart..kinda sucks that there’s no save game file

Hello! I completed Stella’s apartment renovation in Word Mansion, but am unable to progress any further with the game; aside from passing levels. The last update was 3 months ago, and the game needs more storyline than levels. Thank you!!

It’s a great game, but I would like to see it having less adds. And when your doing the word search for stars, if u need a hint, you have to watch an add; which is okay with me, but afterwards, you spin the wheel and I swear they’ve rigged it! Because every time I spin it it has about a 75% of it landing on money! It even states if u watch the add, you WILL get a hint! And u most likely won’t, so I just think that their false advertising that bit if it. Please fix these problems! Otherwise the g

If you are getting this game to decorate beware that most of the points you earn are used not to decorate the room but to move along a storyline. Instances…. Answer phone/ points, see what Jeff wants/points…. And on and on. I just used 5 points in a room and have yet to decorate a darn thing.

I have enjoyed this game very much. You don’t have to match tiles or merge items, you get to use your word knowledge. Having played word games since childhood I was excited to play. My disappointment is that each “conversation” takes away a star…these should be free as you need them to decorate and the word games get more difficult as you progress. I’ll play word games to get 10 stars and end up only getting to choose 2 items to decorate as the others are for conversations. I’m at level 422 and

I was just casually playing this game and I had two words left and I got the thing I don’t know what it’s called it costs 675 coins that thing and it filled in the entire word and the word was drug!

I love this game so much, but when I got a new phone I downloaded this game and lost all my levels and had to start at the beginning and there isn’t a way to save where you are and start back where you were that’s my only down fall and why I only gave 4 stars. other than that it keeps me busy for hours!

Play until I couldn’t play anymore…… how long does a person have to wait before there’s more?

I earn gems or coins- spin the wheel or just brain power with the word puzzles—- but then they are all collected so I have to buy them in the store—- smh!! This is a HUGE flaw in this game!!😡👎🏻 Otherwise— a great game. I had the common sense to see all my “ earnings” and “ free “ spin awards as just buy backs( with cash)!!! “Free”? NOT!!

It is WAY too easy to hit the “hint” buttons on the right side of the screen. I can’t tell you how many times it’s happened just by picking up my iPad!! I bet I’ve lost at least 5000+ coins by accident mainly because there’s no way to cancel it. Shouldn’t there be a double tap or something to prevent this from happening repeatable? Other than that, I like this game.

So I love this games and all but the thing I hate the most is that it makes me mad when I don’t know a word and I have to watch an ad to get a hint and sometimes all I get is money when I actually want a hint like come on but other than that I’d love this game

I rated this four out of five because they talk soooooooo much it’s so annoying but other whys I love it.

I accidentally bought the option where you get multiple letters shown. Is there any chance I could get that 675 coins back, please? If you can, great! If you can’t, I understand. When I watch a video to get a hint there is this ad for a silly game called royal match and lots of powdunk people I don’t know telling me in the ads how great the game is and I don’t want to pay to block that ad cause I don’t want the game! 😡can you please remove that ad so I can watch the better ads please????? Other than that, great game so relaxing 😊. Thanks.

I love the storyline. Only issue for me is it freezes after a while and it’s annoying. Not sure why it’s freezing the way it is.

I loved this game but, once you reach the basement level the story is over. They haven’t updated it at all.

I’m on level 617 and have 30 words in my treasure chest. So far I have found only 1 word that fits the puzzle. Why make it so hard. Some of us just enjoy this game but I’m ready to delete it.

After every game there are ads. It’s ridiculous. I love the game but extremely frustrating with all the ads

I used to love this game however, since I’ve passed (maybe level 500) it keeps opening my browser to an Amazon scam. Now that I’m in level 800+ it seems to be every few minutes. Wish I could rate it higher but this is a deal breaker.

I am at level 602 and about ready to delete it. I love the fact that you have to really think to play but you only get one star per puzzle no matter the difficulty. You have to play several puzzles to get one item for decoration. Need to improve this
