I know this isn’t the place to report a problem (I don’t know where to find that) but I’ve made a lot of progress in the game and I can’t access it now that I changed phones (ios). I don’t know what to do and I need to restore my progress. Although I can’t even access the app because I’m stuck at “Network Disconnected” please helppp!

I got the app to work until about level 10 but now it is saying it needs to download data but will not download the data.

I used to play this app when I was younger and it was really fun so I thought I’d re-download it to try it again but whenever I try opening the app it says “Network disconnected, please reconnect and try again” and it’s every single time I open the app

I loved playing this game then all of a sudden it hasn’t worked in the last few years… I couldn’t find it on android so when I got my iPad I found it and started playing all over again to just lend up being kicked out and getting an error code , please fix this game

I absolutely love this game but the last time I got on it kept saying no internet connection when I’m on the internet and it keeps saying that so pls fix

I played this game during Covid and decided to get back into it. I redownloaded the app but now it won’t work. It won’t connect to the server (even when I’m fully connected) and it won’t download content past level 5. I really loved this game and want to continue to play it. Please help

Fun and I really enjoy playing it, but I can’t even play right now cause it keeps giving me a message “Network disconnect, please reconnect and try again”. I am connected and I can usually play on data so not sure why this is happening. I don’t want to delete it and reinstall it because I will probably lose all of my history on the game and have to start over again.

I just installed and reinstalled this game. The last update was 3 years ago. My internet is not the problem, but the game’s internet connection to mine is. Please fix asap!!

I loved this game, yes it had some flaws such as purchasing the good outcomes for the side stories but those were optional. This game was a blast and I miss it, the new version takes away from the magic and calm fun of this game. The side stories were entertaining, there multiple design options made it fun for multiple styles, the story was well written with minor grammatical error unlike the new version. Please developers bring this version back.

I used to play this religiously and loved every bit. I wish it hadn’t been seemingly abandoned. There’s no love or soul left.

I love love love this game. I love the characters and the designing I can do with the house. The only thing that’s holding me back from a five is that it hasn’t updated in years. I hope it’ll update. Otherwise, it makes me sad this game sort of stalled.

There are a ton of ads. Frustrating

This game is amazing, but for some reason now having trouble playing the game. I can’t seem to complete the tasks even though I click to do the task. But it doesn’t seem to work fine. When I try to close to the app and enter the app again so I get a pop up saying network is disconnected. Even though my other apps works fine. I’m only having issue with this game app. Tell me how to resolve this problem?

The game was great but I had to stop playing due to the app not loading. Now when I tried redownloading it, the app just says that the network was disconnected and to try again. Would love to continue playing but am unable to do so at this time.

I used to love the game then one day all of a sudden the game crashed and wasn’t able to get back into the game. It would be nice if this game was available on all devices like Samsung. Mainly for those who use a Samsung can enjoy the game like everyone else.

Okay so redownload this because it was my favorite game but to find out all my progress is gone because the app won’t connect to the Facebook app for a login ! Please fix this! I want all my data back

This game is pretty fun because you solve words with the letters you have, then you can make your own house out of the options. I like this idea because every other house renovation game is like candy crush which can get annoying sometimes. Overall, thumbs up from me.

I wish they would give you a free dollar coupons for the stories in the crossword game

I love this app but it seems to be abandoned no updates in a yr and normally it will give special boards to play haven’t been any in a while

I love your story lines, I just wish you would finish the romantic stories after chapter 2 episode 8 I’m really looking forward to the next chapter

Hello! I have been playing this game for about a year and I absolutely love it! It's so fun and addicting!! But recently I got a new phone and re-downloaded the app and it will not log me in:( I've tried logging in with both Facebook and Apple. I am really far into the game and would be upset if I had to restart my progress. I hope you guys get it fixed soon!!!

Love the concept. There’s a bit too much going on. Too many ads that require way too many continue buttons. Too many interruptions during game play.

Great word game and it’s saying something because I don’t ever play word games but I love the story and dress character part of it. Though you can’t save your data if you delete the game because apple doesn’t work and Facebook app is down even though the game is telling you to like and save on there so please fix soon

Have not been able to collect the daily’s for quite a long time!

My only complaint is that Facebook doesn’t work with the app anymore so I can’t sign into it and I don’t like the ads. I would pay for this if there were no ads it’s fun

I play this game all the time. I enjoy it. There’s a problem. I’ve reached level 3426 and it won’t show the next task. I’ve had this happen in the past. Had to remove the game and re-download, having to start playing from the beginning. PLEASE FIX. I’m thinking of removing this game and never download it again.

I love the game but I hate once I’ve finished a room in the house it makes me wait for new content. Which takes a week or so I hate that !?

I loved this game until you froze me out after I had invested in it. I can’t seem to find my progress, yes I was logged into Facebook.

I love this game…but sometimes there are too many bonus words. It’s ridiculous to a point…cut out some of the bonus words and the game will be perfect.

I absolutely love this game! I downloaded it a couple of hours ago and can't put it down! I've already recommended it to a friend, too! It's so much better than the matching decorating games because those puzzles become IMPOSSIBLE after a few rooms, forcing you to pay real money to get boosts. Don’t waste your money on getting rid of the ads though because it’s only for 30 days, just turn off your wifi/cellular instead. If it were $3 to PERMANENTLY remove ads it would be worth it.
