Big GLITCH in App

I love this game and open it twice a day to play or spin. I play all the special events to earn more hints. After the update a week ago, I opened the app to find the “Holiday Event” progress I had are now all marked with red “x”s. Please fix and restore my progress.

What happened to my game

Love the game. But now I lose the progress of the current holiday event. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping to get my progress back. I lost all my progress from the main game that I completely finished. And lost my daily too. What happened? Glitch?

Progress Lost

I loved playing this game. When I completed all the levels, I waited and waited and waited and waited for new levels to be added (which has finally happened). In the meanwhile, I played the daily puzzles and various events throughout the year. There were times I might have missed a day or two in these events. This was my fault. However, finding out that that I lost 10 days of progress for this Holiday Event was infuriating. I deleted and reloaded the app to no avail. As a holiday gift, you guys

Bad update

This last update was a doozy. Lost progress on daily and seasonal challenges :(

Lost progress in Holiday event

As another user mentioned, I updated the app recently and then lost 8 days of progress in the Holiday event. No way to contact the developer in the “Help” center.
