I’ve been playing WWF for 10+ years and love it! I expect ads from a free ap. Recently however, there have been pop-up ads during play. I find them annoying but mostly distracting. I’m annoyed and turned off with the advertiser (Door Dash for me, Uber Eats from now on!), and disappointed with WWF for thinking this is a great way to sell some advertising during a game that requires a little bit of concentration.

There is way TOO many ads. I spend more time playing ads than I do the game. And I can’t ever exit the ads so I have to close the game and reload it just to play another game. Nostaglia is there but the ads make it not worth playing.

This game is still fun and addictive but the ads are really annoying. Turns a 5 star game into 3 stars for me. If you could at least click out of the ads early that would help make it less annoying. But the ads are always trying to trap you into opening them, as if cheap tactics will somehow make me want the content that is being advertised.

I have played for years. Unfortunately, now we have to see ads after every play and there are all kinds of kinks in the game. I am ready to quit this game

Tired of getting spanked by the machine. Just had another win with 362 and the computer beats me with 349 and a 5 point word. The math is always off. I have the screenshots to prove it. Should really be fixed. Lame

Every time the candy crush ad runs on my words with friends, l get locked into the ad. The only way out is to download candy crush, then delete it and delete words with friends. I then reopen the words app, get to play words again twice before candy crush ad freezes my words game again. Please fix this problem.

I love this game! I’m not fond that it accepts foreign words and abbreviations!

I have always watched the videos to earn more coins for switching letters… Today I cannot get to my coins to switching letters….i have 164 coins and today they are useless.. 😡. I’m going to download Words with friends 2 and see what happens…..

Being barraged by no dice invitations has driven me back to Classic. If you don’t reward with coins, you lose all customers who don’t want to play the “club” game.

It’s fun but the ads are relentless and you have to pay to remove them.

There are way to many commercials and they are long , this is what makes me stop playing, I play a word then there’s a commercial lasting longer than it took to play the word 😡😡

Now new ads that lock you out of the game and there is no way back to the game. You have to delete it or shut the phone down snd restart to continue playing. Very frustrating. Costs $10.00 to get one month free of Ads. Horrible!!
