After using this app for a few months, it would be very difficult to switch to a different one. I’ve tried a lot of time tracking apps and this one is not only the most feature full, but it does an excellent job at keeping things simple while allowing for easy feature discovery to accomplish whatever you need.

It feels a bit weird to have to pay for each platform we need, but I’d take this over a subscription. App otherwise is super useful.

I’ve been using Working hours for a couple years now. It’s a great way to keep track of your time across multiple projects (using tags), and even multiple clients (using tasks). There is also a sister app you can use for invoicing customers based on your hours. I haven’t found anything better for managing my time as an independent contractor, especially given the price point.

It stopped working. I checked permissions and location. I am great fan this app. Used it first on a windows phone. But with that not working it makes not useful for me. As of Jan 2025 workplace detection is still erratic. Is there an update?

It’s excellent all things you need

I started using your app b/c it was the only time tracking app on the market without a login. But it was far more featureful than I expected and it has been a complete delight to use. Super easy to get my tracking in, and figure out how much to bill. ❤️

Best time tracking app and I’ve tried them all. Only request is lock screen widgets. Would be super helpful to have that running so you can see it without your phone being open.

A flexible yet straightforward app that syncs with my mac. It is critical for my keeping track of my time as a contractor who works for different organizations. It even helps keep track of hours billed and payed for. Can also be used to keep track of how you spend your time in any way, not just work.

Does exactly what I want and nothing that I don’t want.

As a consultant, this app is very helpful to track billable hours. I trust that the developer will keep streamlining it, and would prefer that the “timer” button be hidden so it cannot be activated by mistake.

I didn’t understand the concept of tasks at first, so when I finished my first task I didn’t understand why I couldn’t “finish” the task. But after reading some online reviews I realized that tasks are more like task types. It’s a great app.

This app is great for tracking working time and tasks. It’s helped me rearrange my work schedule and better predict timelines. The one flaw is that it doesn’t sync between devices, but that might be a privacy feature. You can do a manual sync.

I have been wanting to sell my crochet creations and a big part of pricing is how long it takes to make the project. This is such an easy way to keep track of time work. Being able to track multiple projects at once is so amazing!!

I’m new to having to track my hours (typically salary), so I’m terrible at remembering to log them. The Detect Workplace Arrival and departure with a geofence is incredibly helpful. It takes the guess work out.

I don't want to use my mobile phone to record frequently. Watches can make me concentrate on my work.

When I stop a running task on iPhone, the task won’t be stopped on Mac.
