45 Positive User Reviews for Workout Planner Muscle Booster
I’ve been using MuscleBooster for about 6 months. My original motivation was to lose some weight. After several months I have lost a little weight, but more importantly my body is in better shape, I feel better, I have more energy. I use the app 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes a day. I give it the parameters and it sets the exercise routine. It’s pretty user friendly. I highly recommend this app.
I’ve been using muscle booster for 4 months now. I highly recommend you get it. One thing I think it’s better than any other fitness app I used, it wants you to do a short workout every once in a while in front of the camera so it can stay up to date! It’s worth it!!
To long of breaks
I use the strength training part of the app. Very easy to quickly set up a workout and the movements are easy to follow. Wide selection of options too. I don’t like gyms so this works great. Couple of upgrades I’d love to see. First, give the ability to enter the dumbbell weight amount and reps for each exercise. This would help track strength progress and push me to use more if I see I’ve been using the same weights. Two, is there a way to make screen sharing cover the entire tv? Thank you!!!
Overall I really like this app for home workouts. I like that I can swap out certain activities if needed. The variety of exercises is impressive with something new I’ve never heard of often coming up. Could be better with more kettlebell exercises, specifically single bell options. If I mark an exercise as painful, it sometimes comes back up and sometimes I’m not able to swap it out. Wish there was a pause between sets to allow time to adjust weight on bench press, but I only see the option to
I signed up for a trial run. I’m 76 years old, in pretty good shape but typical age-related aches/pains. I was surprised at the simplicity at the start. “hmm, this isn’t hard!”. But some of my chronic cache pains seemed to subside. I got strength training distributed to muscles I had been neglecting. Bottom line, it started pretty light but has steadily increased and I’m feeling and seeing a difference.
Great for strength training. Have seen some noticeable gains since restarting it after using a different app the year before. Would love to see an iPad version instead of the phone version, just blown up on the screen. It would be more helpful so I could prop it up on its case and see the exercises clearly instead of always looking down at my phone in between exercises.
I am over 75 years old. I’ve been using this app now for 75 weeks straight. The exercise workouts are clear and well researched. In the 75 weeks, I’ve gained strength balance and and increased motion. The routines are set up that in 75 weeks, I didn’t pull one muscle even though I gained a muscle tone an d flexibility.. Hats off to the developers. I highly recommend this app.
So I was completing the test when you first down load the app, and the lowest the age goes is 16. But I’m 13, so I’m a teen now and I’m going to have to start lifting for sports now. All is going smooth, but that is one thing that tripped me up was the age.
I have been using Muscle Booster for the past 1.5 years and it's a great app barring some audio and video issues. BUT recently the audio is completely broken for the workouts, even though it's working for challenges section. Need immediate resolution on it.
The app is ok if you want to do what is recommended, but I want to be able to add pick and choose work outs. Even delete some, I only work a body part at a time and the apps keeps giving me more and more. Can you update so we can just choose what exercise we want to do and delete the rest at that moment. It’s a pain I have to keep skipping and login in exercise I did not do to get to the next I want to do.
the six pack challenge doesn't work on 6-pack, mostly on legs, and my strength-home plan works on lower body although legs part wasn't mentioned as a problem zone, after 2 weeks of training, didn't get any serious plan for abs &....
If you only got a few minutes at your home or apartment, this is a great way to start getting in shape
It’s definitely assisted in my muscle gain, without a doubt. But this app is glitchier than a cat in the Matrix. Beware.
Would like it if they showed percentages of body parts worked out and how much time you need to recover on avg
I only have one criticism. I would like it if the app could sync with my Fitbit. Other than that, well worth the money.
last wayyy to long. it says your almost done you hear the beeps than it keeps going. it doesn’t go into the rest period like it should. And because of this the reps last way longer what they should
It was timed for 22 minutes I took 27 minutes It is definitely like having a personal trainer no cheating!!!!!(I love it )-UnkleThou
After using this app for just 1 week, I gained many girl friends for many hours and many days along with many muscles which are huge for the time being.. DERP‼️‼️
I was looking for something to add some variety to my existing workout. The 7min morning workouts are absolutely perfect.
Muy buena app javo santana
I am considering purchasing a subscription, but based on the recent reviews I’m hesitant. I reached out to them using the support@musclebooster.fitness email address they provided in response to other reviews but the message bounced back because the mailbox is full. That didn’t help matters. Support team, what changes have you made recently to improve the app? (I had to give a star rating, but haven’t used it so I picked 4 stars so they don’t get penalized to badly, seems fair… that’s the ratin
Simple, easy to use app. A bit invasive on the questions asked up front. I actually like the advertisement on Instagram. It’s too the point. Could have different trainers voices and videos like peloton does.
Lost over 80 pounds in 2020 using this app
It’s very simple yet powerful. Do every exercise to the best of your ability and watch it work.
Hey, I have an iPhone se second gen and the app doesn’t register my workouts sometimes. Would be 5 stars without this issue! Let me know if you fix it and I’ll change!
Tough! This is the first program I’ve do another rep of ANYTHING! The workout was over. Perfect amount
I’ve tried a few and this one is the best.
Its alot of money, for that amount you expect greatness. Theres things lacking from this app, like the ability to write down how many reps youve done or how much weight youve lifted.
Great morning routine. Can only get better.
I just downloaded this app. The routine instructions seem professionally, so does this workout program apply for females?
Great way to begin the morning.
App doesn’t report steps and work out minutes properly. Fix that and this will get five stars.
It’s an easy to use tool that offers customized plans
I bought this and want to like it but I don’t see any place to track how much weight was lifted for each exercise. Am I missing something?
I use this app every day love it!
It’s kind of ableist. I have lower back issues and it would be GREAT if they incorporated alternative exercises that accommodated people that have physical limitations. Other than that. It’s great!
It’s helping me with my workout exercises
Excellent workout program right from your app!!!
Great exercises, but I would like more social sharing options with my friends and coach via Messages instead of Facebook.
Would be better if the routine was switched up daily
Hi I paid for a year subscription but the app never default to set up my account so I have no way of signing into the app. Can anyone assist on how I can create an account for my subscription I paid for?
Purchased the forever Subscription and on the 13th step after payment, the app would not allow me to enter my user name and password. App did charge my card. Just looking for help finishing setup.
Getting ready for the beach lol
I completed the survey about my body type and where I want to get to but at the end when it asks me to register my workout routine it doesn’t move on from that screen. I’d hate to feel ripped off so is there anyway to fix that?
