Great

Easy to use and always the nicest place with competitive price

Can We Get an iPad App Please?

The World of Hyatt app is fine on its own, but when searching for hotels to book I prefer the screen real estate that iPad offers when looking at hotel maps and pictures.

Finding or searching for a hotel

Sometime the app was taking too long to find a hotel. It was in a continue searching loop and at the end it display a error.

App seems slow??

Reserving today, 7/15/24 @ 4:20 pm, the app seems slow to respond to input data and requests.

Great app

I gave a bad review but turns out I had my membership number wrong. The last character of your number is a letter, not a number. Mine ends in letter I and I was mistakenly reading that as a 1 so that was creating confusion.

Fantastic job!

The app is so user friendly and I really like the layout. Rooms are easy to choose and the size square footage is an ideal bonus. Pictures are also great!

Best stays

The Hyatt has very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Their staff is welcoming and very helpful. Outstanding customer service which is why I only try to stay at the Hyatt.

Hard to book room on phone with app

A real struggle for fields to open up and not sure why on a signed in app I need to put in name address etc

My travel partner

Been using this app to book hotels during my trips worldwide. Great to get first class treatment and discount rate as a Globalist member. The only wish is that its hotel network would be wider, but overall it has met my needs so far.

Persistent Pop Ups

I HATE pop ups but the app clearly was not going to let me progress unless I rated it. Minus two stars for that. Otherwise fine but had to update my phone just to use the app.

I wish I could send the Lady a room key via text as the surprise reveal

SLOW APP!

App is frustrating with how long it takes to process.

App defects

Hyatt app has multiple problems. I could not sign in bc Hyatt had 2 emails for me. I was given the wrong one. I cannot erase a credit card from the storage. It is less than user friendly and should be thoroughly cleaned up. I do like Hyatt though.

Problems with updated app

Having a problem with the app automatically closing when I try to use the chat feature. Also had a lot of problems trying to reset my password with the request going through. Tried it over 20 times.

Digital Keys unreliable

I was excited to try digital keys in the Hyatt app and followed all instructions to provision. The app reported “we’re preparing your digital key!” for the duration of my 2.5 day stay, but never activated.

FIX THE POINTS SEARCH AVAILABILITY

It's a great app except for when you search for rooms using points. When you do that, it shows you point values for rooms at hotels where there is NO availability for the dates you searched. You have to click on each hotel to see if there is actually any availability. This needs to be fixed ASAP. What good is the search if you show me 20 hotels that done have availability and I have to click on each to see that? I have asked several times for this to be fixed to no avail. It shouldn't be that h
