It is fantastic to use in international and regional trips, for it is complete, updated and requires no internet, which is necessary if you want to use it on the go and don't want to spend a lot of money with roaming. It also uses internet for some maps and other informations and has very good phrasebooks for most common languages The best app for travelers

Indispensable. The best of the many offline Wikitravel apps. I can't say enough how much this has helped me plan my travels, plus it's the whole world in your palm! I spend most bathroom breaks learning about Nairobi and the Isle of Man instead of playing Angry Birds.

I just used this app just about every day of a 5 month round the world journey. Since it is offline you don't need Internet for it to work properly. It gave me countless things to do, see and eat in every city I visited. I particularly like the ones that have a 1 or 2 day itinerary for the city that makes sure you hit all the highlights. Get it for travel. Love it!

Very extensive guidebook with tons of offline information . Could come in handy to backpackers and world travelers .

This is the only guide that I use when traveling. It has information on everyplace I want to go in the world and it’s all available on my iPad without internet.

Among the Wikivoyage apps this one is not the best in terms of layout, but it does what it's designed to do. The app itself needs to be updated more often to have the latest content. The info in the current version is already several months outdated. I hope the developer will continue to issue updates.
