One less thing to worry about

I didn’t realize that I had so many things I was worrying about.

Incredible

This is incredible. I cannot wait to use it more. I am having a high anxiety day today, I made 5 different entries, 3 of which have resolved and I was able to click no. Thank goodness lol. However, it would be nice if on the list of worries that it showed what they are marked as (yes, no...). Or checkmark on the side showing you have already marked the item.

Good app overall

It’s a pretty good app. I like that you can’t create an account so they’re not storing your data anywhere (hopefully) and it’s securely. My one qualm is that when you go to look at all of your worries, they’re cut off so you can’t see the whole thing. An update from a while ago got rid of the ability to see the full title of your worry without clicking on it. I’m hoping they will add this feature back in a future update, it makes it difficult to see everything at a glance and would be such an e

Very good but one problem

Should you put the feeling some where else he cause I didn’t see I t it there

I don’t use anymore

I used to use this app and it was perfect for what I needed. Very simple and I could see the logs easily. I liked it so much I even purchased it. But then they changed it to this new interface and now I don’t even use it anymore. It has way too many other things like meditation and breathing that I can get with other apps. They tried to put too much into this app when it wasn’t necessary. I just needed something to track my worries. Developers if you read this, please consider switching it back

Meditating, breathing, coping needs real voice

I really see how effective this app is, except for the recorded mechanical voice for meditations, breathing and coping. A real voice would make it so much better. The current voice makes that portion of the app unusable to me.

Panic Disorder and PTSD

I have suffered panic attacks for longer than I can remember. This app helps not only track them for therapy use, but offer interactive questions and prompts to address that anxiety. I was finally diagnosed with PTSD three months ago, which have caused the panic attacks to significantly increase. I found this app by pure chance, but already extremely happy with it. Thank you.

Bugs found but quickly fixed

Good app. Tools for dealing with anxiety and logging work together.

✨👌

I’m sure I have undiagnosed OCD. I have thoughts that make it hard to even enjoy my daily life. This really helped me become more self reflective and made it a bit easier for now. ✨✨👍

Super helpful!

This app really helps me sort out my worries and how I’m feeling. It’s really helped me manage my anxiety. I highly recommend downloading it!

Amazing

This is a very efficient app, it really breaks down everything and allows you to journal freely yet assigns responsibility for your thoughts. Definitely worth the money.

Refund

I accidentally got this app. Could I get a refund

Used to be great

This app used to be great, but now you need to buy a subscription in order to do anything. You can’t even track your mood anymore. I bought the app years ago, so I don’t know if it still costs money or not, but it feels dumb that I bought the app and am supposed to also buy a subscription in order to do essentially anything on the app.
