I like this app, but have one issue. I’ll get an alert about a news story. I’ll click on the alert to take me to the story, but it just takes me to the apps main page. Story I clicked on nowhere to be found….

Still have some stories that have been on your web site for more than a month Sure there are other stories that could be there

Checking news from around NC. 6 tv news sources. All are received fine except WSOC. Read one article and then. Dead space for several minutes unless I close app and restart. May need a network upgrade WSOC! Never happens on any other tv news.

I love WSOC-TV because it’s interesting what be happening out there in the world and weather and the environment

I find the WSOC-TV news app to be very informative. I grew up watching WSOC News cast. Having their app is great for days when I am not able to watch their nightly news cast.

I HATE the upgrade. All of a sudden a week or so ago news videos started playing automatically and won’t stop even when you close the app. If I wanted to watch or hear the video I should be able to control it myself. It’s really annoying to open the app to catch up on headlines and a video starts blaring, especially if I’m doing this in a quiet space like a doctors office or bed while my husband is asleep. Please keep it free and without ads!! Please remain neutral on reporting, no political biased views, please!! Let our Police do there job, lots of your news makes it out that they are the “criminal.”

I am a very early riser. Up at 5:30, turn on the coffee pot, open my iPad to WSOC-TV news first thing for my Carolinas news. I can count on updates throughout the day and can check traffic and weather. Love it.

I get reliable weather information.

It’s a good app but we’d love to see a new tab or section we can click on for additional local news. There’s hardly anything local published but they do talk more local news on the show. You just can’t find it in the app.

WSOC-TV repeat showing the same news events from one new cast to other new cast, especially on weekends. This cause me to turn to other local news stations. Need to show more current news events each day, not repeats. After the first 10 minutes of news, the repeats normally follows.

Too much about all the killings and killers with rap sheets. Why not jail time or sent to Boys Town or inlist in army special training

Why is it so difficult to read the reviews. I tried for over 10 minutes to read the September reviews and finally gave up. Why does your report on N Myrtle Beach 4 day trip keep blacking out after a few seconds?

I gave WSOC Florence instead of five because sometimes it’s glitchy, and it seems as you go through a few changes before the news

Please take the live off of the app! It is annoying to have there!! Not to mention it gets stuck and you can't make it go up alot of the time!

Since the latest update, I have resorted to shutting the app down after only about 5 minutes of use. The live video abruptly stops and when it starts again, it plays double audio or even the audio from a commercial (of which now there are WAY to many). Until this is resolved, I will no longer use the app.

As a Charlotte native I trust WSOC-TV for my news. However, lately the app audio will start playing even when I am not in the app. I was in a meeting a work and even though my phone was on silent, the audio from a news story started playing. So embarrassing!!! This was not the first time either one night, in the middle of the night, it started playing randomly too. Also upon opening the app and phone being on silent it is also playing audio from a video that I don’t even care to see or watch. P

You write an article and only give us part of the story and end it with a statement that this is a developing story and to check v bc later for detail but that’s usually the end of it. Never hear what actually happened.
