Hero gets stuck and won’t move

The hero’s get stuck when there’s a lot of enemy’s on the screen. Can only play the 1st few levels before it gets too much for the game to handle.

Can’t turn the sound off

Takes a long time to level up. My characters are maxed out and I can’t get to the next level to unlock the next character. Plus there is no settings tab to turn the sound off.
