Honest review

Honestly changed my whole way of working out. Doing more. Lifting more. Tracks my progress. Wouldn’t workout without it now. Offers meal planning and I’m trying to be better with that. Amazing app and makes it easier to wanna workout.

Great app

I love the gym, I’ve been working out my whole life and I’m always looking for better fitness apps with a workout routine. This is by far the best app I’ve used. The only issue I have with it, is it is expensive to have. Yea I understand “you pay for what you get” but this price on top of a gym membership adds up quick. And for the same price for the app I can get a personal trainer at my gym for the same amount. So this app does have its up and downs. I would definitely keep it if it was cheape

Motivation

This app helps you stay accountable and motivated. At the end of the day it’s all in YOURSELF. But Xeela makes it very easy to just show up and follow the app!

Modifications

I would love to see a remarks section in the workout reps section to annotate modifications. Personally I have back and neck issues so I make modifications. Thanks.

Day 17

I’m only on Day 17 but I really like the Xeela workouts and the app. I was having a hard time committing to my workouts before but since, doing Xeela has been keeping me on track. I do my workouts at home using dumbbells and just bought the booty bands and resistance bands. I notice a change in my upper body already and I’m excited to see my results by day 84.

Rest days

Need a way to add workouts on rest days.

Could use some improvement

Feels like the app is targeted towards the rich, at least have options on how much weight someone should be lifting and keep a record for future weight increases, show what muscles you need to work on in case you can’t find the machine you need to use then try another one that works the same muscles. Have more options for calories intake, if someone can’t cook then have a way to put down how many calories they had and write down what they had to eat.

Great gym app

I’ve been using Xeela this past year and it’s been awesome! I go back and forth between being very active and not in the gym, but this app has significantly helped. You see progress very quick when you stick to a workout and meal plan.

Love it! Helped me stay Motivated

Downloaded Xeela the night they came out with David Dobrik’s documentary. Been using it for almost a year now and I still love it. Keeps me motivated better than any other fitness app I’ve used. Made a whole YouTube video about it; definitely worth it!

Self Suggestion

Been using the app for 9 months, tried two different programs and it works as long as you 100% dedicate to it. I travel for work and can do 75-80% of my effort to it and can see the results. The workouts and the logs are great, however it would be great if they would have an option to add a specific workout to the routine if you’re already a little knowledgeable of workouts and would prefer a different variation for that muscle group workout. Overall, i would recommend the app.

After years of being a YouTube fan, I was excited to use the app. I enjoy the variety of workouts offered for a quality price. Not having to think about what I'm doing for my workout is a lifesaver and keeps me consistent—I'm currently doing the burner program and already seeing results four weeks in!

3 months review

The app is very well designed and well thought out, it puts everything together in one single place (workouts, macro tracking, food recipes, shop) . It tries its best to give you the most personalized workouts based on what you’re trying to achieve, but don’t sell yourself short thinking that setting up the the dates for short periods of time to get a program completed with perfect results, it’s not easy and straightforward to transform your body, so don’t think the app is gonna do any miracles.
