I miss having actual “buttons” to click on to check emails and bandwidth usage. It’s frustrating and confusing to not be able to do something that should be so simple.

Why is changing allotted time not right there easy to find?!?!
Navigation is horrible. Hard to find anything in all the clutter. Some advanced user settings seem like they are buried, hidden, or outright disabled. Some don’t seem to do anything even when you change them.
With last app update, previous Xfinity hardware ie webcam stopped working.
Then when i open the app there is nothing indicating what the notification is for. Kind of a nag-notification apparently? Happens near daily

Great service from the store to home
The app used to show speed to a device. No longer. I want to see the speed to make certain I am receiving what I am paying.
First 10 minutes of activation…… super fast and enjoying the High definition
Does do the all solves all the issues that can be done with Xfinity Comcast regardless that is done on phone with office.
Hotspot is not so hot except when paying by the gig.

You can not check your emails or view your bill or setup auto pay etc
My new modem was very easy setup via my cell phone. Really appreciate that. The app interface is user friendly too. Kudos to Xfinity.
For an unknown reason the internet is slow every evening between 8:10 and 8:40. It lasts for about 5 minutes, might happen again in a few minutes or hours
My WiFi is slow and does not seem as strong as it used to be.

I like the camera but the touchscreen keep sticking through the night. This one does not let me arm and disarm from this app.

Thus building uses Xfinity, but the 2 GYN TVs never work (no service) or (error vide 340). And the resident wifi is too slow to use.
Sometimes I can’t open the app it starts flickering and nothing I do on my part can fix it. It’s really wierd, the effect is temporary, and it comes and goes when whenever it wants.
The app is well laid out, informative, clean and easy to read, navigate and use! Very pleased with the readily available information concerning my network, account and tips all in one place.
XFINITY has plenty of action shows to keep me watching

For the past week and a half, my internet keeps losing connection. A service technician came yesterday and detected a connection issue from the outside pole, and put in a repair order. It was supposedly done late last night, but it just lost connection AGAIN!!
Unreliable difficult to use and sends you to way too many external links. And when service is incredibly unreliable, and your only option is to use the app to get any communication through makes things even worse to want to stick with.
Why isn’t there an app for IPad so I can see my email on the whole screen?
So if my service is out, Comcast says use the app to check the status. The app says you need internet to use it (not cellular data). Make it make sense. Do better Comcast!
