Works great

I’ve had it for many years and I have no issues

Good cams

Love the cams but need to have strong wifi or they lag pretty bad, need a live chat for people who need help. I have my storage on a loop but have an error saying out of storage?? That will not go away

Would be a lot better with a widget

Could you guys try and develop a widget so I don’t have to open the app when I want to view my cameras

Slow and glitchy

The cameras work great, most of the time. We have one camera that seems to glitch out often. Not bad out of six. However, the app is super slow to load up. If I just minimize the app, but did not fully close it out, when I open it again, it will show me the view from the previous time. I used it not the current view. I have to completely close out and restart the app to get the current view to show up. Very frustrating when I hear something outside and need to check on it right away. Don’t alway

Okay for free

App would be a lot better if it didn’t have a timer on watching my cameras. I don’t need to be reminded how long I’ve been watching. Get rid of this please. Long load times with high speed internet make this feature absolutely useless. The settings features in the system could be a little more user friendly too. Not everyone is an IT expert. Dumb down the settings for the rest of us. Overall though the basic stuff is pretty easy to use and navigate. Linking the system to the app could be a littl

Needs better iOS compatibility. Landscape orientation stretches screen to fit so video becomes warped.

Terrible app

Cameras are good if I am viewing from the computer it’s hooked to. But if I try this app it never loads anything and just ends up timing out or saying not authorized. It never works.

keeps telling me incorrect S/N it’s on the recorder bottom put in exactly at least 20 times

Signing in issue

The app worked fine in the beginning but it kicked me off and now I can’t get back on the app very disappointed what should I do now???

Need help

Hello, I have my device for almost 2 years and recently is not working streaming video online. The cameras only work when I connect with my Wi-Fi but when I go out side and connect my phone to the data application stopped working I test everything the cables in the Internet for upload and download and everything is perfect I did default settings to receiver, and I still have this problem. Please help me. Thank you.

Needs more notification selections

An on/off notification is not enough. I would like to be able to turn off "video loss" notifications while allowing "human detection" notifications to still be active and on. Please fix and will update review if fixed.

Doesn't work

Doesn't let me sign in using the same username/password as I use on mobile. To double-check I signed out on my mobile and signed back in.

Apple Watch & iPhone Notifications

Currently your app is not compatible with iPhone and Apple Watch notifications. To see image right now you MUST open XMEye Pro app, go to messages to see an image. It should show an image when you get a notice on iPhone or Apple watch. All other video/security apps work like that. Can you fix this? App would be great with this feature that is a big miss
