Needs work

Their shipping procedure is weird. My building is fully staffed 24/7 and delivery didn't require signature, so I don't know why they were unable to deliver twice, then only willing to offer you store credit minus shipping costs if you insist in response to them repeatedly sending you the same copy-paste email replies with no actual help regarding your order. So good luck to me and anyone else who they're unable to deliver to.
