Great flow but starting off it moved way too fast. As a beginner I need to get in position then check and see if I’m doing it correctly but she’s already on to the next one.

Paying for this helps to hold me accountable. I love how I can switch up my yoga practice and track my progress. I am up to 5 days a week of yoga. When I feel I don’t have enough time in a day, I can also shorten the length of my practice.

I had been looking for an in depth app for yoga and this one is very good. The video could be a little crisper but that’s just nitpicking for the sake of it. Nice app I enjoy it.

It’s easy to use and it gives me the privacy I require to work out. The difficulty levels work for me.

Literally the best app when it comes to yoga. There is something for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced. I love the pace. You have the option to rewind in case you miss something. You can specify things you want to focus on. For instance, dealing with back pain or you want to focus on weight loss. It’s there. If you’re running short on time, you have the option to choose a shorter session. I rave to everyone about this app and how much it has helped me. Especially to all the people

So far so good. Helpful for keeping a practice routine going. Seems like you can scale it’s suggestions according to your level of practice. Could use more options on speed, however. The instruction is pretty quick paced and starts super quick. I’d recommend a short warm up before pressing “start”.

Allows me to do Yoga from the comfort of my own home.

I came back to this app because it’s a very simple and effective app for practicing my yoga. I really enjoy that it’s not convoluted and I also enjoy that I can adjust the yoga sequence to fit my day. But being consistent with the app allows me to see what poses are new and old to me. I can follow it nicely

So great and really fits to you based off of your level and adjusts what doesn’t or does fit you as a learner.

I just got this app yesterday and I’m really liking it so far. Some poses are perfect for a beginner and the others I look forward to being able to do in the future!
