Love the website and options… but real issues with sizing. Just not enough information there . This would cut down heavily on returns. A simple across the chest or across the waist would give so much more insight into fit.

No more digging through the racks at discounted stores for name brand, well made stylish clothes. YOOX has improved their search feature and when you then add filters by your size, toe box shape, skirt cut, you name it… what you’re looking for is easy to find.

The main reason I stopped shopping at Yoox is that they fail to provide measurements of their items. Even when it’s an XL Shirt the measurement varies not only between different brands, but WITHIN THE BRAND ITSELF. Check Sacai, Dries VNoten, and other website to see my point. With most items being final sale this is unacceptable. I switched to ssense because ssense provides detailed measurements of every shirt they sell.

Anything I’ve ordered has been delivered and the products are legit! Even if I have some problem with size the return policy is very easy. Great customer service!

I have been shopping for designer clothing on YOOX since the website launched a million years ago and I have never been disappointed. The selection is fantastic, free shipping is always appreciated and expedited shipping is reasonable and fast. The return policy guarantees you will never be forced to keep an item that doesn’t work and id you select store credit you can immediately buy something else or a different size. Needs better attention

I have shopped at YOOX since the beginning, about 20 years now. It's easy to select for style, size, color, fabric and designer. On the couple of occasions I've required customer service, the agents have been cordial and efficient.

I love to order from yoox and i have a small comment You should have a loyalty or a privilege account so the more people order we have a private sale or a free shipping for the loyal customers

Very inconvenient.

Satisfied with my purchase and love the selection! However, I tried checking out in a shoe size that was still available, but couldn’t seem to add them successfully to my cart, or whenever I did, I could never complete the purchase through PayPal or manually inputting my card info. I love the option of saving an item and then getting notifications about the reduced price. You get designer quality clothes at the fraction of a price.
