Yoto: Music, Stories, Sleep App Reviews

For one My kids love the radio, sleep tight stories and wow in the world and we wow. Thats all they ever listen to. Their random facts through the day are amazing. I had written a review complaining about not being able to save favorites to a place, they reached out to me telling me about the update and how there is an actual feature. So I was just not searching hard enough, and upon telling my kids they had already knew and I was the only one behind. The app is officially awesome! Thank you

I absolutely love the Yoto player, but the app is by far my favorite part. I like that I can control it from my phone or listen from my phone in the car without having to worry about getting cards out. I have a 2 year old who loves to change the cards at will lol so it’s also nice to have the app as backup when he is looking for a specific track. I will say, much like their actual website, there are a few lags here and there which can be a little frustrating when we’re in “toddler meltdown” mod

UX is a bit clunky and could use an update (as of Aug 17, 2024). We love the radio / podcast section but wish it were more organized and grouped together for easier access. Also wish more languages were available (Korean please!!!!)

This has been such a wonderful gift for my kids. We love listening to stories while we draw. Easy to use and so fun.

Our daughters love the Yoto player. And with this app, we can control the player from the next room. This is the best thing ever.

I watch Yoto daily every night and am always so happy, Jake if your reading this I want to tell you “Thanks for existing!” I love it when there are Jokes, Games, (‘Sausages’ is the game I look forward to playing every Friday night) and all the rest, and when I place the card in, I love it if there was a infinity star rating I would give infinite stars, I LOVE YOU YOTO!

My kids and I spend hours singing and dancing to this wonderful device. It’s as good as the adds make it look. Worth every penny.

My kids have sooo much fun playing and learning new things about the Yoto. They take it everywhere they go. Their favorite thing about the Yoto is Yoto daily with Jake.

We use the app almost daily for making cards, adjusting things on kids Yotos and sampling new stories and music . Highly recommend!!

This is an excellent device. I have one tiny problem though. when I try to change the Yoto’s name it stays the same

I bought a Yoto after seeing an ad on Facebook. I love audiobooks and loved the idea of a similar experience for my son. I love that Yoto is constantly updating the app and the devices without forcing existing customers to purchase a new device to get the upgrades. I like that it grows with my son. As he gets older, I can set an alarm to get him used to waking up on his own. I can set a sleep timer so he can listen to a story as he falls asleep. The available books are always added to (HELLO! We have come to be a YOTO family. We love our yoto players and all the things possible with them.

We love our Yoto and have bought it for many nieces and newlywed starting in infancy! Our oldest is 9 and still loving it.

Easy to use and our kids love listening to their Yoto. It’s super handy that we can play the audio on our phones as well for when we are in the car.

The app was great to use with and without the player but since the new ios came out, the app is painfully slow

I don’t know if it’s just me or it happens to everyone but after I set up the mini my Yoto is frozen on a green check mark and I can’t even turn it off so developer if you see this pls respond because I have no idea how to fix it.

How do I rewind , I can’t seem to scrub rewind on the toothbrush timer. basic iOS controls dont work?

My kids love it when it works, but it often doesn’t work. Even now, I’m trying to play a card from my phone. The player is playing a card, but my phone says “yoto player is offline”. You get lots of generic codes like this when the thing just doesn’t work. And customer service, while quick to respond, doesn’t have any solutions. The Yoto is great, but the app is not. Basic functions like play/pause do not work. The entire settings section is pretty bad, especially around the connections settings.
