Lights only do one mode, rainbow sequence

Trying to switch between any scenes turns off scooter and prompts disconnect LED’s don’t have ANY changeable feature. Not a single setting works for lamp menu. Scooter is great otherwise. Would love to have. Constant color possible or dim the brightness,
