I actually love my YouMail app. It accurately transcribes all voicemails that I receive. It is easy to use. It blocks most unwanted calls. Overall a terrific app.

Fun App to use! Friends want to know how the phone recognizes them with their name! It stands out among any other service that might be out there.

Love the spam filter! Also being able to pick individual voicemails is great! I like that you can explain what the spam call is, and the call forwarding is amazing at keeping my voicemail clean from unwanted calls.

I have enjoyed YouMail. It really helps with the spam calls. This is the best app I have on my phone believe it or not. I have encouraged a lot of people to install it on their phone and they did and they told me they love it because they don’t have to worry about their phone ringing 100 times a day.

I’ve used YouMail for many years now and I absolutely love this service. It provides many people with a personal touch when I am unavailable and it makes it sound like I have a personal secretary love it thank you YouMail.

I can’t thank them enough for this app! So many annoying spam and unwanted calls get filtered out and the best part is if one gets thru you can list them as spam to help others! Highly recommended

Omg I was non stop receiving unsolicited calls even though I’m on the do not call list. I was receiving them quite literally back to back! It was so bad that anybody important tying to call me couldn’t get through which is bad because I’m disabled and having to be able to not only be able to make phone calls when needed but receive as well whether it be Dr’s etc… I’m talking non stop back to back! I’ve been using YouMail for years. Their spam notices have been accurate 99.9% of the time. That .1% may not be their fault. This product is highly recommended and I seldom endorse anything

I love this app, when I’m not able to answer the phone everyone loves how personalized the voice greeting is. Also helps a lot with spam calls. If I could, I would give it 10 stars.

115 spam calls so far this month and only 6 were blocked automatically.

Been using this for a couple years now. Not having to listen to the voicemails is a life changer. Especially those long automated messages from my kids’ school. OMG, don’t get me started on those hotel points scam. Smart blocked!!!

I love this app it does as it should be doing. One thing I’d suggest is that consumers should be able to edit messages in the text box.

Sometimes my messages go to my voicemail and sometimes my messages go to YouMail and I can’t figure out why!

I've been using YouMail for over 10 yrs. I love it to the fullest!!! So many vm varieties to choose from. I don't even use my regular voicemail. I have been able to change phones and still keep all of my vm options. Best invention ever!

I’ve used YouMail for more than a decade. In the years that have passed it has always been my go to voicemail. However, with this new system that’s pressuring me to upgrade. I’m afraid that they’ll lose my service and support.

A very quick response from the developers has fixed the recent issues. YouMail is back to its old wonderful self.

Back to liking and being a satisfied customer again. Thanks to YouMail for reaching out to me in response to my prior review and for finding a solution to my issue of all non-contact calls automatically going to voicemail. The one suggestion I have would be to have the customer support email address accessible in the app as I never was able to find any support contacts other than a robo-chat in the app. Thanks again and I do recommend this app for spam blocking!

I love the spam blocker. Some times it’s too aversive, but more often it’s correct. This app is great for Small Business owners. All too often your busy and can’t reach every call that comes in. This YouMail makes sure your voicemail box is never full so clients cal always leave a message. You can also have messages go to a email if you need to save things a another way.

Awesome app. I get all my voice messages clear & concise. No distortion at all.

My friends are surprised when my voicemail greets them by name but I really like that feature! The messages come through and the transcription is as good as any other service.

I’m absolutely loving my YouMail app. It’s like having a secretary answering your calls.

I like the way YouMail screens my calls, sometimes some spam calls do get through. Overall i recommend this app.

Technical support has been the worst. Months to get an issue fixed. People working from their kitchen that don’t use the product doesn’t cut it for paid email. Far different than when the product launched years ago. Now for the good news!! The new spam filtering is amazing and worth every penny I pay for the business plan!! IT WORKS!!!! Thank you!!

I have always loved YouMail but due to it costing now I’m seriously thinking about not using it anymore.

I don’t know why I haven’t downloaded this app before. I use to have a Google pixel that had this option built in. Then switched to iPhone and no filter to prevent unwanted calls. Since installing ZERO Robocalls or unwanted calls. If you want to stop those unwanted calls. Join the gang.

My iPhone was giving me issues using visual voicemail and Verizon wanted to make me pay extra for it. YouMail is the best alternative.It transcribes my voicemail to text and gets the words correct. Best of all it’s free and unlimited voicemails.

Why do I get a (second) notification that serves no purpose. Phones provide a mixed call log right on the Lock Screen. Every time. Just like this pointless feature. Every time for weeks I anticipated a message…but nope. It was the second missed call notification (that did not leave a message). Please remove this feature. I have enough notifications to clear without ones that do what my phone already does.

First, the disappearance of the wildcard feature was profoundly disappointing. My understanding is that this was due to changes on Apple’s side, but it greatly reduces the app’s effectiveness. Second, the whitelist only feature would be a great solution for those of us who only want to get calls from a handful of people, but it lacks a key feature, which is a PIN bypass. This is a great feature of CallStop, which unfortunately appears to be about to close down.

I have been getting 12-20 spam calls a day. This app gets them so they don’t fill up my voice mail. So far so good.

One of the best apps I have send in a long time that truly works.

For some reason I keep having to re activate every so often. Seems like every couple of weeks or so. The problem is I don’t get a notification to do so. Is not until I either call my self or someone lets me know.

I’ve had YouMail now for probably two years and love it, it really did help with the spam callers I have maybe one every 3 months maybe now( or even less)… and I love the typed voicemail for free ( you get a certain amount but it’s a lot!)great job app developers thank you!!!!

Since I upgraded my service, I can tell at a glance whether or not the message is from someone with whom I wish to speak. I love it!! I am constantly around friends who are answering spam calls because their phones are not equipped with YouMail
