Search needs to be a bit smarter since we are not

When it comes to the app itself, it’s really a great tool. Very easy to maneuver and browse. There is a lot of extra information about the items which increases my confidence in ordering the correct size. The service itself is great too. Low shipping cost and easy returns. The minus point is not for the app itself but the fact that certain items cannot be delivered to my country which is not indicated until checkout. This is very frustrating. I can not change the language

They tried doing the Euro Amazon of sorts but without “client is always right” approach. Turned out more like a Soviet-style Amazon. At Zalando as a client you are always in the wrong.
