The zaxby’s app is very convenient don’t get me wrong. But half of the time the app does not work. It takes forever to load and when you try to check out it doesn’t go through. Sometimes they also have things listed on the app that they don’t have in the store. When logging in it prompts you to change your password and then tells you you have to wait to change your password when you try to change it. Very hard to work with when your in a rush.

The app doesn’t work properly. I tried to use a reward when I placed an online order, I couldn’t. I tried to cancel the order. I couldn’t, even with calling the number and being transferred to the local store. What a waste.

Love the reward system. As a college student it really helps to get a free meal or discounted meal from time to time. I also love how if you have a receipt from Zaxby’s there is a way to turn it into points by scanning the barcode on the app.

My first time to eat a zalad here in a while because you no longer have 1000 island dressing Love the zalads here just bring back the dressing I’m carrying my own dressing tonight.

As a longtime fan of eating at Zaxby’s, I thought it would be good to try out the app since I eat there relatively often. The app itself has a pleasant and easy to navigate layout. It’s easy to check nutritional information and prices at a specific location. Rewards are processed very quickly in the app after a receipt is scanned and I felt that the points required for certain meals were adequate and built up pretty quickly. So far, I have never had any errors with the app glitching or closing

Every time I order something, app immediately asks me to take a survey before I have a chance to even see if there is confirmation of my order going through. Sure let’s take a survey 10-15 minutes before I can even pickup my food… problem being that the app never takes you to a survey, it just takes you back to the apps “home” page. Why ask me to take a survey if you won’t ever let me? I would rather see a confirmation page about the order I placed.

I love Zaxby’s but I would love to add more then 1 coupon because we ordered but we wanted to use 2 one for the wings and one for funnel cake

The app is effective for basic orders but does not have the needed selection options for the service Zaxbys provides. One of the hallmarks of zaxbys is the Coke Freestyle machines and the app does not provide that functionality. Also the reward selection and offer selection can be confusing when attempting to add to the cart.

Went to place an order and my rewards coupons and points were all gone. I logged out and back in, then gave up hope. Drove near the building and it went back to normal with my points and deals. Glad it worked in time, but almost messed my plans of going somewhere else. Also had to wait the 12 minutes it took had this worked the first time. My only other gripe is the marinara sauce being gone for the cheese curds. All in all, the rewards are great.

I have tried multiple times to access the app while I’m in the store to use stored points or coupons to be met with “unexpected error” when I try to log in to my account. Often the app just is inaccessible which is really frustrating when I drive to a store intending to use a coupon for it to not work.

Huge fan of zaxbys and I love the expansion of the rewards program. Only feedback is that when you place an order on the app, you don’t have the option to select inside pickup versus drive thru.

The reward of the free big snack comes a hour after app has been downloaded.

I love the app and how it makes it convenient to order your food and not to mention the rewards part of it all is a win. Definitely download it if you love Zaxby’s.

You guys removed the lowest calorie salad from your menu and the best tasting. Please bring the Caesar salad back!

Too many stinking pop ups. Leave me alone. Let me order food. I know how to do it. Stop with the pop ups. And bring back marinara for the cheese bites.

Sad that you wouldn’t integrate keychain for password storage especially so when you upgraded the password complexity rule. Ret of the app is ok so far but I also wouldn’t ask customers to rate the app on their first usage.

I love Zaxbys chicken! Whether it’s just the strips or on the salad! Employees are always nice!

I like the new app but you took away my favorite feature. Paying in store with the gift cards saved in the app. Add that back and it becomes 5 star!

New app is easy to use and looks better!! Love the new rewards program!! Only 3 mins from my house makes it easy to order and pick up!

The new app update does not have every drink option listed and no option to decide at the store. This is a pain. Please fix it. Or add regular orange Fanta as an option (why is this not an option?) I also don’t like that I can’t scan the app at the store to pay.

The only thing I don’t like about the new update is that there isn’t an option to select “decide at store” for drinks anymore

This app is not the best to navigate. There is nowhere to order extra salad dressing.

I had issues when first using the app, and getting help was impossible. I left a bad review and they asked me to reach out to fix the wrongdoing, which they did in less than a day! It does not appear you get rewarded based on your purchase, but rather get rewards loaded on your account from time to time along with 3 free cookies for your birthday.

App doesn’t allow order for water?

The food has great flavor. The service could be better. I always order for pickup, and never get it on time. But on the other side in that coin, the food is hot.

Great ordering experience but need to be able to leave comments like “tomatoes on the side”

My husband gets fried chicken on his salad and I get grilled. It is delicious and better than going to the trouble to fix at home

There’s no coupons deals or discounts for ordering online

I use this app almost everyday and I NEVER receive any rewards.

Love the app, but blue cheese has never been available as an option for dipping sauce. I always have to swap it out when I arrive to pick up my order. Can you add it to the app?

Having to “order” curbside as an item seems like a “work-around.” Would also be nice to pay before we arrive.

Couldn’t get the free shrimp offer to work. Sounds like a bait and switch. Tired of being lied to.
