Excellent for travelling

ZIM is a lifesaver when travelling. Without it I’d have no idea where I am and who I can communicate with. Highly recommended for any traveller!

I use ZIM often (have already used 6 times)…but

Zim is super convenient and I use it often. But for some reason the last 2 or 3 times the QR code never works. I have to enter the activation code manually. Inconvenient and it gives me anxiety. It gives me a “no valid data found” error when scanning QR code. Also. Sometimes I have several hours after purchase to activate. Even though the app says it is ready. This also makes me feel like there is a problem Thankfully it has eventually worked out each time, but it’s unreliable/inconsiste
