Some people say to take a deep breath and then swallow or to have somebody scare you to rid you of hiccups — I say if you’re trying to get RT passes anywhere in the greater Sacramento area use this app. I’ve had zero issues/ hiccups while using this app! Kudos ZipPass, kudos.

The application is easy to use, understandable and pleasant! I advise those who use the bus to use it!

An incredibly important app in my life; I use it to ride buses from multiple agencies. It's a pretty stable application, too. I like it.

I ride Paratransit therefore this app is absolutely awesome. Because a lot of times I either don’t have cash, or I have run outa coupons. With this I can purchase a ticket anytime. 😀

Had an issue with purchasing a disabled single ride and app wouldn’t complete the process of purchasing that ticket. It failed three times but worked for a basic single ride. This was for Sacramento Regional Transit

Comes in handy when I’m running late or forgot bus money

This is such a great app, it’s more than just a convenient way to maintain fare, it’s a piece of mind. The connect card is great but sometimes the machines are down and the tickets machine is the same way, some days it works and others you pray the ticket checker doesn’t get on because you really have to get where you’re going in time. In less than a minute I can select, pay and present my ticket at any time of the day or night…… I always have them.
