Very difficult to communicate through this medium

Setting an appointment has proven to be very accurate and very easy to do. However, my very first appointment I scheduled through the system did Not provide the Doctor I selected. The Substitute Dr was nice and had pretty good beside manner so it wasn’t a terrible experience. However, just made a new appointment, hoping to have better results this time around. Keep yall posted.

Such a convenient app, I really enjoy finding good providers in my network to get care for my needs. It's so helpful to see reviews as well and weigh out ones options. Telling my friends all about it!

A significant drawback in our fractured, dysfunctional health system is the lack of price transparency. Providers fail to compete on price. Insurance companies hide their negotiated rates, and no one know why hospitals, clinics or dentists charge what they do. Digital is where we hope to see transformation. I remain hopeful that ZocDoc will find a way to bring price transparency to its users and the broader public.

Noelle was fantastic. Explained everything, was professional and very friendly. Excellent clinician.

Works about one out of five times. Go through the whole process and it says I have to call the doctor’s office because of a tech issue.
