Works but can definitely be improved

Did not experience any issues buying tickets! Parts of the app were a bit clunky, like when you search a route and click buy all you have to sort through a list of the available routes

You can’t sign up for an account using the app. Go to their website to sign up. Save yourself the time I wasted repeated trying to create an account.

bug pour ceux qui veulent changer la langue

si tu changes la langue à celle qui n’est past celle du téléphone, l’application refuse de afficher les heures pour les arrêts de bus.

App mostly works but real time bus tracking inaccurate

Buying tickets and planning routes in the app mostly work although the UX can be a bit clunky. However, the real time bus tracking is really broken in this app/system. A bus will show as next arriving in 10, 5, 15 minutes within the span of 5 minutes. Hopefully Zou can fix their bus tracking, or actually show where the buses are in real time (rather than just showing when the next bus is expected at a stop).
