The e-tickets are significantly cheaper and save time since you can avoid the lines. It's weird that you have to enter your name and passport since you don't when buying a paper ticket.

Новая версия мне нравится, особенно приятная скидка на билеты. Не хватает возможности сохранять карты для оплаты или интеграции с applepay.

I have used this app a number of times with little to complain about. It is very easy to use, especially if you pay with money from your phone (Beeline, MTS, Megaphone...). You do need your phone with you if you are using an ipad or tablet, in order to "reply with" the 1-digit code number they send you. You will get your ticket instantly after sending the code.

Other options are cumbersome. So this finally makes the app convenient

I had to take one star off for the bad English. Otherwise it’s fine and support is also adequate.

Для чего нужно мучить человека вопросами о паспортных данных когда запрлнять ФИО для покупки билета??? Кто будет его проверять??? Паспорта бывают разные и не у всех есть 10-значные номера с серией!!! Разработчики ваши двоишники! Оплата с мобильного счета почему то не прошла - не хватает средств! А у меня там полторы тыс. руб. В общем, поезд ушел.
