two towns in im having a good time!

The gameplay loop is rewarding and there are many many levels. Also the pixel art style is very cute. I ended up getting very attached to each one of the characters and naming them individually. Each job gives a new perk to the characters and the growth of the progression feels very natural. I think this game really briefs new life into their other games where you only build a functioning city with its quests. I’ve played this developer’s games since I was young, and they consistently produce fun and thoughtful games. This one in particular has a lot of angles of progression, which is gratifying but can be confusing at times. I think it’s because they took the mechanics of the old games and added even more. Still, very fun. The localization to English is witty and charming, excellent job there!

I’ve found it a fun end engaging way to relax after work. Number of hours played per dollar spent ranks right up there with Skyrim and Vampire Survivors.

The game got super addicting when I found out that some characters secretly unlock cool buildings and it makes the grind seem worth it, it may be repetitive but new stuff happens and it’s really addicting 10/10

Lots of fun for what it is. A little sim for building a town. Simple enough to pick up and put down. Lots of fun little animations and rewards for doing well.

Very fun game with no in-app purchases. I usually find myself coming back to play it every few months.

Open this game and your stuck for hours. It’s addicting trying to help your adventurers succeed. I feel so proud of all of them. Game Dev Story was always fun but this has so much more going on. Highly recommend.

this game is so addicting but it is so simple - a lot of games nowadays overcomplicate mechanics, features, etc. but this game proves a straightforward game can be so satisfying and fulfilling. 5 stars!

Played 1st game when I was younger, loved this

This game is fun, and addicting. Well, the ladder is only for a week or so. I screwed myself with streams and bridges. That is not fun. The bug is that, it said the there is no road or way to cross the bridges, even though there is! I love dungeon crawling games. I have been a DM in many campaigns, and have been many classes. But I do not enjoy this game.

It’s really addicting, and its a legit game. No micro transactions or ads. I hate ads

I played the original game, this new version didn’t disappoint at all. The new features make it much more interesting, highly recommended

I wondered what game my wife was playing, and I saw it was this so I bought it also! I have not been dissatisfied in the least! Cool characters that you can customize and make stronk lol. Kairosoft does good games!

Im gonna get back on after this review actually. Its just way too fun!! Played this game for hours and hours on end when i have no internet or im waiting for something. Definitely a recommendation!

First off I have played several Kairosoft games in the past, including Dungeon Village. This game is hands down the most addictive and weirdly fun of them all. It improves on the first game in pretty much every aspect! If you are on the fence, or even if you already want this game, do yourself (and the well deserving devs) a favor, and buy it!

Better than I expected!

This game has a lot of ways where you can choose to grow the strength of your town. It’s replay ability is also very high allowing you to effectively do new game + over and over. Recommend!

Having a blast so far! This is just a fun game. There’s a lot more going on than the first one, but once I got the hang of it I’m loving it.

Would be a relaxing simulation game but progress is stopped every few seconds by a new text dialog to dismiss.

This is such an adorable and addictive game! It’s well thought out and super fun. Well worth the money.
