i download game while i am using VPN ，now i cant use my account，basically banned。i using this app for like 3 years，i didnt mean to.i just watch steam with my vpn opened and download game 。 i ask customer service，he said he cant do anything 。how can i get my account back？

昨天给更新了一下，之前没更新之前开启VPN的时候不会断开网络，但是现在更新完以后，每次开启VPN这个Wi-Fi都要重新连接，这真的很麻烦，在你们开发者看来是一件不起眼的事情，但是到了客户这里会很别扭，我也用了一年了，这次更新我真的很不满意，我之前从没更新过，这次想起来更新给我的不是惊喜而是惋惜和惊吓
