i download game while i am using VPN ，now i cant use my account，basically banned。i using this app for like 3 years，i didnt mean to.i just watch steam with my vpn opened and download game 。 i ask customer service，he said he cant do anything 。how can i get my account back？

I got a message while trying to login to my iPad that said “operation too frequent” and then wouldn’t let me login. I only get 2 seats. What does it matter if I switch one seat back and forth between my iPad and MacBook? I paid for the seats. I have the premium edition. This is not a restriction that should exist. You get 2 stars.
