★★★★☆Reliable service but price estimates need improvement
I have started using Freenow in Greece. I like it because it is very convenient and makes it easy to find a taxi within seconds. The drives are always on time. However, it would be better if the price was fixed from the beginning. You only get an estimated range, which I find underestimated. The final price is usually 1-2 euros above the maximum estimate. Overall, it often ends up being more expensive than you initially think.

Worked well I that I got to the airport
However I could not modify my pick up location which I entered wrong
Nor could I contact the driver
I could see him driving around clearly on the map! This enabled me going to him
Guess I could have cancelled the order and put in the updated info but this did not happen as I noticed the challenges about 5 min before pick up
Will use again but expect to see improvement
