Why can I not add a picture?! It’s so annoying

The app is very nice and organized and have very good security but I must admit that when I forget the password and don’t remember every detail of my drs. It results in me not getting into the app at all which is a bit sad, since then I have to start over. I find myself trying to reset the password but it won’t accept it sadly.
So overall great app, very nice security. It’s perfect actually but I’m too forgetful for this lmao.
