Radiation city that is said to be the sequel of radiation island is rather a whole new game with the same survival setting but completely remade.
In radiation city you are stuck in Chernobyl instead of an Chinese experimental island.
And instead of being a very easily managed game where eating raw chicken is enough to keep you alive forever you have a-lot more things to handle and many different potential health problems.
Radiation city is basically a take on the dayz survival with remnants
