Charles Proxy App-Rezensionen

Charles Proxy for iOS is great. Finally it‘s possible to use Charles with mobile connections and not only WiFi. SSL Proxying works as expected and the UI is really clean and simple. Some features of the Desktop Version are missing in this app, but I am sure the developer will add features in the coming months. It is already possible to export a session recorded on iOS and open it with the desktop app. I highly recommend this app for all iOS developers. Really, it is great. Just get it!

There is no option for SSL Proxying all hosts. The * alone does not work.

The app does what it says and its really easy to use.

Wäre die App im Punkto Usability ein bisschen mehr wie Little Snitch für den Mac, wäre ich voll und ganz glücklich! Nie mehr ohne diese App! Man kann ja leider heutzutage keinem Unternehmen/Entwickler mehr blind links vertrauen, ob diese/r mit den Daten wirklich nur das anstellt, was in der Datenschutzerklärung drin steht. If you run this app and check out only a couple of your favorite apps, you will see that “Privacy. That’s iPhone” is an interesting claim.

I have had some issues with this app: Adding a block rule is confusing. The path seems to be prefixed with slashes automagically and removing them yourself causes the rule not to match. Also it seems as if Charles was deactivating itself.
