Quite ordinary performance

While the features, details and user friendliness of the app is nice, the performance of the app really makes it a frustrating experience. I’m trying to book hotels for my stopover since last 24 hours but the page simply doesn’t even load. I cannot even see a list of available hotels. Really unexpected and shocking performance issues with the app and website alike.

App Login doesn’t work

Previously Etihad allowed to stay logged-in in the app. Recently, once you try to login, it will open a pop-up page to allow access to your account, and once you select “Done” it gets logged out. Basically, the whole concept of being logged-in thru the app doesn’t exist. Makes no sense to have an iPhone app anymore.
