Ticket printing is not available in the PDF version.
No idea why this app is not showing the ticket in a PDF format! Most of the airlines are having tickets available in PDF format so passengers can print from the website. Same with the website which doesn’t allow to print in PDF. Would be nice and useful if you can add this feature.
Logging in is cumbersome
Every time you login, it needs a second authentication by email pass code. Phone face or finger print authentication is still not available.
Decent but needs a bit of upgrading
Many times the app just stops
Repairing for a period of time then the app starts responding. This can make the user believe the app is frozen when it isn’t. It take a while for pages to load and the manage my flight is glitchy. But overall
I get done what I need but it can be tiresome and require several attempts.

The app is just decent.
The app is too heavy and does not load quickly -continues to give message that is is taking longer to load - hang on. It needs good engineers to work on it that knows how to optimise the app.
The menu and info is not user friendly. For example why would I have to click on profile to see my miles? It’s my user id so I should be able to see my miles right in the front screen.
The app needs UI engineer who knows user experience.

This is the first time I’m flying and using the app. I find it very easy and convenient to use. I was able to check in without any issues. Being a tech guy all my life, I can tell to user interface is very well designed, and working efficiently.

Disappointed during the gate check in
Needs more work for better user experience
I had to restart the app. It initially showed the boarding passes of the 2 flights that I take to my end destinations while I am at AUH, I had to restart the app and now it doesn’t show me the boarding passes for the 2nd flight. Thankfully I saved them in wallet and can access. Else I would be in deep trouble. All it shows is check in closed for the 2nd flight (why would I care?).
App never loads my flights
App is very heavy and web dependent, any action basically opens up a webpage instead of in-app actions… even after logging in, the app has never automatically synced my flights and asks me to add them manually, quite useless for an airline app as I can’t do anything special compared to just going on the web on my phone
