I would rate it 5 stars, but i cannot Tip drivers with my credit card. As I assume mostly tourist use this app - we cannot use the other payment options. Grab is better here!

Good service, mediocre UI
Great for renting scooters, but the UI is unintuitive sometimes. Also I can not tip the drivers without loading money onto the app, please improve that so I can just use my preferred payment method

Luft nach oben zu den 5 Sternen gibt's bei den Boni durch sultan status oder intelligentere maximal mengen von Artikeln.
Z.b.
Mehr als 10 kleine 300ml Saft Flaschen darf man nicht bestellen weils zu viel für den Fahrer wird.
Aber 10x 1L Flaschen dazu legen ist ok.

Don't use to order food
Tried ordering food two times. Once in Seminyak and in Ubud. Both times i paid extra for fast priority delivery but my orders were delayed more then 30 minutes! With grab this never happend. 2 stars only because for ordering drivers its working ok. Never order food with Gojek

But it’s getting more and more annoying to use it for food orders. The driver is delivering but has several deliveries at once…
