ICatcher! ist eine Software die über viele Jahre gereift ist. Von allen meinen getesteten Podcast Apps hat sie den größten Funktions Umfang. und lässt sich sehr gut auf eigene Bedürfnisse konfigurieren. Sehr nützlich ist auch der Sync mit der iCloud. Die App ist aber eher für Fortgeschrittene Podcast User ,und für Anfänger eventuell ungeeignet. Zudem ist sie komplett in Englisch. aber ich kann dennoch eine Empfehlung aussprechen.👍

I have tried so many different podcast apps over the past years, but this one is the very best out there. It offers endless customization options, allowing you to tailor the app to your specific needs. For instance, I have a playlist that automatically fills up in the morning with podcasts in my preferred order. I just have to click on "download" and I can start my day perfectly.

In Sachen Funktionalität Top! Das Design ist funktionell und schnörkellos. Gerade als Fahrradfahrer bietet dieser Player einiges, was andere nicht bieten. Ich nutze dieses Player seit vielen Jahren und zahle mit jedem Update ein freiwilliges Trinkgeld, damit der Entwickler weiter entwickelt.

some requests to developers: apple watch ultra is struggling oppening m4b files over 1gb. if works , but the app freeses for minutes and sometimes crashes. sizes under 600 mb are having almost no issues. may be some data prefetching can be done upon finishing the sync, while the watch is still on the charger? also, playback position sync is sometimes delaying.

I’ve used this app since the beginning and have tried a few others. I don’t stay away very long. This player is simple, always works and doesn’t inundate me with a bunch of advertisements. I’d say it’s the best player I’ve tried.

Ich habe über die Jahre viele Podcast Apps ausprobiert. Dieses ist für mich einfach die Beste. Übersichtlich, coole Performance, wird weiterentwickelt, einfach toll.

Ich nutze die App seit gefühlt 10 Jahren und erhalte weiterhin Updates. Der Funktionsumfang sowie der Support ist wirklich mega! 2023 habe ich (lt. der internen iCatcher Statistik) 23.400 Minuten gehört, was jeden Tag im Jahr ca. eine Stunde entspricht und werde diese App auch weiter aktiv nutzen😊👍🏻

Übersichtlich und gut. Nur die Podcast suche ist manchmal etwas kniffig und er findet nicht gleich die Richtigen

Ich habe viele Podcast Apps probiert und bin schließlich bei iCatcher! geblieben. Die App sehr umfangreich und bietet viele Einstellmöglichkeit. Die Einmalzahlung ist eine fairer Preis und es gibt kein monatliches Abo.

I’ve been super happy with the app for years. It has tons of customization options (e.g. sorting, podcast settings) and though not everything is intuitive, once you „get“ it, it’s very easy to use. A great plus is that the app works perfectly with apple car play: all the play lists get displayed so the desired podcasts can be directly selected. No more fiddling around on the phone while driving. 100% recommendation!

Leider muss ich mein früheres Urteil über iCatcher revidieren. Mittlerweile stürzt die App ständig ab. Ich benötige jedes Mal 5–10 Anläufe (= Abstürze), bevor ein Podcast mal stabil läuft. Den Funktionsumfang finde ich nach wie vor hervorragend, aber leider macht die Nutzung keinen Spaß mehr. Eine sehr traurige Entwicklung! 😕
