Marriott Bonvoy App-Rezensionen

Bonvoy is a great program but I am missing the gamification aspect SPG was offering. Can you reintroduce the threshold bonus for staying in a certain number of Marriott brands? The more brand you stay at the higher your bonus.

Wir waren das 5x zum Silvester mit Hund aber so schlechtes Essen hatten wir noch nie ,vom Frühstück ganz zu schweigen . Kalt , trocken , geschmacklos , unter aller würden für ein Hotel der Klasse und zu so einem Preis . 557€ Das ist unverschämt . Und was war das all die anderen Jahre toll. Exklusiv, ausgefallen .

Benutze Bonvoy das ganze Jahr, es funktioniert extrem zuverlässig. Kann ich jedem Reisenden empfehlen.

die app ist seit wochen extrem langsam, da muss etwas passieren!

Früher konnte ich als Silver Elite Member via App den Mobile Check-In bereits 48 Stunden vorher durchführen. Dies wird nicht mehr in der App angezeigt. Obwohl ich eine E-Mail erhalten habe, dass dies möglich sei. Muss ich nicht verstehen.

Einwandfrei. Wenn immer möglich, dann nur Marriott Hotels!

Our 2 weeks at Westin Dragonara resort on Malta was one of the most wonderful vacations we ever had. Naturally friendly staff taking real care of the guest. Fabulous location great facility. Looking forward to going back in October! I am very happy to have booked a Marriott hotel again!

Being on the road a lot I appreciate an easy to use and clearly structured app.

Grundsätzlich sehe ich schell meine Buchung. Punkte in Bonvoy werden wohl nicht in jedem Hotel automatisch übernommen. Muss regelmäßig manuell einreichen.

High usability and nice design

Die App ist soweit ganz gut, aber was nützt ein Loyalty-Programm, das es nicht schafft, die angebotenen Benefits umzusetzen. Nach Verknüpfung von Bonvoy mit Miles&More sollten eigentlich mit jedem Aufenthalt auch Statuspunkte bei Miles&More gutgeschrieben werden. Für einen Aufenthalt im Oktober hat das bisher noch nicht geklappt und der Support erweist sich als unfähig, das zu lösen.

Only 3 rooms can be booked in one reservation. The tool to compare rates allows only 5 rates to be selected. This is extremely painful as the reservation process is extremely lengthy. Many hotels are missing important details in their description. For example whether they have BBQ grills or not, etc. Shuttle or not.

Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert worden. Glücklicherweise sind wir nur eine Nacht hier, ansonsten hätten wir umgebucht.

Seit dem letzten Update wird meine Buchung nicht mehr angezeigt. Auch ein hinzufügen der Buchung ist nicht möglich.

die app ist langsam geworden und hängt häufig i einer warteschleife, dringend überarbeiten bitte!!!!

There is a lot of good features coming with this App. But what's absolutely puts me off is that I feel patronized by not getting a choice to select the currency in which the daily room rates are displayed. Whenever I try to compare rooms it only shows the destination country currency, and doesn't give me any option to set my home currency instead as default. More than pnce I have choosen to book with another Hotel chain just because I was so upset about the ignorance of Marriott.
