App seems to work well and have decent features

I love Marriott. Their customer service is great. Love the different hotel and I have stayed at pretty much all concepts and I like them!

Marriott Bonvoy app is the best app among hotel apps. It gives you the options you need when trying to book a room.

The app has become atrociously slow lately. It does not load reservations fully. When looking to book reservations, images do not appear for properties or room types. Even when you click into the property specific page, the gallery remains blank. Errors consistently appear saying reservation details could not be loaded. When booking reservations on the map, right after you search, and try to pinch on the map, it immediately zooms out and you try to pinch again, it zooms back out. You have to do

We enjoy a variety of Marriott hotels. Regardless, the customers service never disappoints and the app updates in a timely manner and gives accurate information!

App doesn’t always work

Marriot provides a breakfast voucher to clients or a certain status. With rising costs due to pandemic induced inflation, the $16 voucher doesn’t even cover a simple breakfast at many locations. A breakfast if a hot sandwich, coffee and juice or water is often more than $20. Same for other simple food options. The voucher amount should be increased or the breakfasts for loyal customers need to be bundled differently.

I’ve done some traveling and the Marriott Bonvoy app works as advertised. Searching and booking are a snap, as is the mobile key functionality. Nice work.

I love to share my experience with Marriott hotels because I try most of them I’m Memphis and Nashville Tennessee all of them are great hotels start from the kindness employee and end it with multi clean rooms and kitchen plus they have great breakfast and great restaurants

Marriott is always our go to place! Rooms are always clean & comfotable, requests are always accommodated when possible. All staff always friendly.

Very quick and easy

Just easy to search, update reservations with any hotel via the chat feature. Used the chat feature several times to change reservations and easy checkout w/out needing to speak to anyone. Finally an app that is simple and works well!

I’m reserving the more detailed review for another venue, but there is nothing short of perfect to describe the app and its ease of use and design. The staff at this Marriott are also the best I have EVER experienced in my 45 years of traveling.
