  I recently brought a premium pack and confirmed paid but the package was never credited into my game, I have tried to contact the customer support (with all the info provided)almost everyday for for the past 5 days .... and within this period they had replied me twice to shutdown my game for 12 hours in order for them to credit it back to my game, which I had duly complied and waited but at the end nothing get done . People spending money on the game just bcoz they want to enjoy it to the ful
