  Hi, I appear to be having issues getting the CE5 App. At moment of payment and download the app stops downloading seconds later and payment is not made. I’ve tried several times from my phone.

  Why would CE5 Contact not work inside a house or apartment? Would the "beings" need to physically travel to my location? Why would they not be able to manifest wherever they wish?
